Fish and Frolic Holiday – Lakefront Home with Boathouse, Porches & Fire Pit

The place was very clean. Nicely stocked. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We enjoyed our stay there.

Fantastic home, the only suggestion would be to widen the driveway entrance for ease of boat parking. Otherwise was very happy with the stay and cleanliness.

I have rented this location multiple times either for fishing tournaments or just the yearly family fishing trip. Always Top Knotch !!!

This was our second time staying at Fish & Frolic. As before it was super clean, really convenient to the lake for the fishermen in our family, and lots of extra special touches. We appreciated the local recommendations and had an awesome visit to nearby Cathedral Caverns which we'd never heard of before! A fantastic Spring Break for our family!

This was rented due to a death in the family. I was extremely impressed with how well stopped the kitchen was and loved that there were toys and games available for children. The home was extremely clean and comfortable, and I am sure that if it is available when family comes into town, they will rent it as well.

We really enjoyed our time there.A phone call to the host proved to be a helpful and friendly conversation.Every room was very clean .Every room was fully stocked ,organized , and neat. There wasn’t a thing we needed during our trip we couldnt find there.We would definitely stay there again.

Fish and Frolic Holiday keeps us coming back! Location is great and the home is spectacular! It is decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you need. We gather with friends for fishing and fun but also spend some time for just the two of us. It's everything we ask for and more! Dawn is a fabulous host and is quick to respond to your every need.

Everything was in its place, clean, and ready to go. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and cleanup. This is our second time at this property and will continue to rent it when we go to Scottsboro with a group. Excellent place and excellent people.

This home was cozy! Had everything we needed! Supplies in kitchen were over the top! So well cared for! Although we didn’t need the space, the upstairs was adorable for larger families! Appointed beautifully and made our stay a breeze with ease of check in/out. And kind, quick response time to our questions!

We came to Fish and Frolic with our friends for a few nights with our boat and had a great weekend! There were 8 of us total and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly about our questions about the lake. It was so nice to be able to put our boat in at the private launch and keep it in their boat house. The kids also liked fishing out of the back of the boat house. We kept saying we wish we have made our stay longer. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location and easy access. Plenty of room for a family of 8. More than enough supplies there for your stay. Great amenities.

The house was perfect for our group of adults, young adults and pre-teen. Every person of our varied age group had a great time. The house had very good sleeping accommodations. The boathouse made access to the lake so easy. The kayaks included in the rental were lots of fun. We highly recommend this rental.

A serene escape! Tucked away by the water, this spacious lakeside retreat was exactly what we needed—quiet mornings, warm sunsets, and total peace. The cozy, well-stocked accommodations had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the boat dock and pedal boat, which made it easy to fish, snap beautiful photos, or simply float in the middle of the calm lake for some quiet reflection. The perfect place to unplug, recharge, and reconnect!

This was a great house. It was central to all the stuff we did, and their is a lot to do. The host, Dawn, was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating.

We enjoyed this rental so much. The layout was great, nice quite neighborhood, and not too far from places. The provided amenities were also a huge plus.

The property is beautiful with everything you need at your fingertips. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Fishing was great right from the docks and the boat launch was within view and easy to access. We will definitely return to Fish and Frolic Holiday!

I’ve stayed in rentals and Vrbo’s in the USA and Europe with this vacation rental having the best amenities and cleanliness!! The owner was in communication with us and was so very sweet about making sure we had everything we needed. A tornado had gone through less than a week prior to us arriving took down trees, boat house and dock but everything was cleaned up prior to our arrival. The home had more amenities than you could ever request, towels, salt pepper, all kitchen needs, soaps, laundry detergents and even zip lock storage bags!! The home is decorated to perfection! My visit was for a wedding, but whenI go to visit my family who live a mile away, I will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I, plus my two sisters and their husbands visited the Fish and Frolic Holiday from April 5-8. Our stay was outstanding! All communication with the owners was very easy, prompt and detailed. The lake house was perfect. Very clean, very updated and we had a wonderful time. All rooms large enough to accommodate us. The kitchen was large, the eating area was perfect for 6 adults. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor areas due to the weather, but still were able to have a great time. Drove into Scottsboro one day to visit Unclaimed Baggage which was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this lake house as a great place to stay.

This property is in a great location and exactly as described. Quiet cul de sac with neighborhood boat ramp within walking distance. Super clean and well stocked. Lots of room and very comfortable beds. Very nice showers that had plenty of hot water and pressure.Appliances all seemed fairly new and everything worked great. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed to prep and serve. Outdoor grill and furniture in great condition. We didn't need anything during the stay but Dawn was very responsive to questions prior to the stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Wanted to get together with family and found this lake house to fit our needs. Owner did great job thinking of everything needed for a nice weekend get away. Great location. We really enjoyed the housefaireplayed cards

We travel to Scottsboro several times a year to visit family. This rental by far exceeded our expectations! The house was super clean, and had all of the amenities we look for when we rent homes. The house is quite larger than what the photos appear to be online. The upstairs gave the kids a place to hang out. My son really loved the twin beds that are located in the hallway. All the beds are super comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again!

We can't say enough great things about our stay. The house was beautifully remodeled and very clean. The lake view and the firepit are a major plus. The kitchen was well-stocked. The owners responded quickly to any questions. They even gave us a credit because the ice maker wasn't making ice. We highly recommend this listing.

We liked the vibe! Quiet and comfortable with the lake nearby for paddling. All the amenities we needed and Dawn was very responsive. We hope to go back.
