Fire Pit + Yard: Charming Port Royal Home!

Charming Port Royal home was perfect for the family and our dog. The home was updated with all the amenities and a wonderful back yard for our dog. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning to this cottage!

This was a very cute little place. The beds were clean and comfortable and exactly what my family needed after hours of driving. No issues with the WIFI or the appliances. I'm glad we didn't bring the dog as the privacy fence has been knocked over, with a little pile of wood up against the breach to hold it up. The dog would definitely have gotten out. The water pressure is low, but in a way that's a good thing because the tub wasn't draining right and we had to keep plunging between showers. The overall cleanliness was a bit lacking. Sticky counters and cabinets, dirty dishes, blackish fingerprints on the bedroom doors, stained carpeting, and an extra special surprise of a rice krispy edible on top of the refrigerator. Overall it was adequate because we didn't spend a lot of time there. And that's a shame because it really is a cute little place, in a nice convenient setting. Especially because it's so close to Parris Island, and we were there to bring our Marine home.

Great cottage in a great location! So many great restaurants and shops right in town. The backyard was fantastic for the pups. Would definitely visit again!

This was a wonderful house for families visiting Parris Island! Great location, cozy home and plenty to do.

We personally found the beds to not be very comfortable. The biggest issue was the air conditioning system smelling like mold/mildew causing one of us to have sinus issues. Non-working ground lighting in the front of the home. Easy to check in. Convenient location. Beautiful backyard.

Such a cute little place! It was great for our pups and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and welcoming and provided everything we needed for a stress-free week.

The one-ply toilet paper and the low water pressure leave a little to be desired. There was some dog hair from previous guests on a tall lamp shade. Overall, nice and met our needs.

Great stay. House was very clean and friendly. Owner was easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay at the house. It was very clean, perfect space, and had a great backyard area to roast marshmallows and make s’mores. We had a good time doing that. I would stay again! Super cute decorations!

What an amazing experience. Truly. I'm not sure I'll stay in a hotel again. We were able to truly relax...amenities were great...accommodations were awesome. Also great local property management...very responsive.

Great stay close to where we needed to be.

We booked this house for our son’s graduation. The proximity to the base was perfect. Wonderful place if you are traveling with a dog. We did however come back from graduation to a real estate agent and two people in the house. We were called by the property manager as we were pulling in to ‘ask’ if it was ok. They were already in the house. He did apologize many times for the mix up and refunded one night. My first experience w VRBO was not great… but the house was all it says it is.

This is a cute cottage that is in a great spot. It is clean and is perfect for anyone staying with pets. Our puppy enjoyed the fenced in back yard.

We were so happy to find this pup friendly accommodation that’s close to the MCRD where my brother and his family is stationed at. We loved it here and it was so convenient, the backyard was the best and so cute. We will definitely be back here!

Cute little house. Could have been cleaner as the counter in the kitchen was sticky and I had to wash pots before use. Could not use the outside table as the cushions were wet and really dirty. All in all though we had a nice time
