Fire Pit, Vines & Good Times - Grill & Gather!

The location was quiet and close to everything in town. Didn’t have any issues with the house.

The house was one of the best I’ve rented in JC. Plenty of room and beds for 8-9 people. Initial point of contact was not responsive to questions prior to checking in but Jen was very prompt in getting the information needed.

We loved the house and backyard. We cooked meals and had everything we needed. We would stay again,

The home was as described and perfect for multiple families. Management immediately responded to a failed coffee maker. The property has a lovely outdoor space with large trees. Very enjoyable stay.

We celebrated our Mother’s birthday at this beautiful and well appointed home! We were extremely comfortable as well as each bedroom was set up perfectly. Us girls enjoyed our coffee in the morning and our wine (and fireflies) in the evening on the back patio. Property was conveniently located and backed up to a large green space with a walking trail. We loved our stay!!!!!

For our annual road trip, it can be challenging to find an updated house with plenty of beds and bathrooms for five women. This house was perfect! Each of us had our own bed and three bathrooms meant we could all get ready in a decent amount of time. Quiet neighborhood with roaming deer and close to restaurants. Plenty of seating around the dining table and in the living room. Plus the covered carport and the outdoor living space in backyard were bonus features. Great central location between Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg, and Marble Falls.

Overall the home was nice, beds were comfortable and firm, bathrooms and kitchen were clean, the yard was great for my active kids. The kitchen was well stocked, unfortunately there was no laundry detergent so we had to go buy that but otherwise house was stocked. The main issue we had was with the floors throughout the house -they were really dirty, I vacuumed within minutes of checking in but they are in dire need of mopping and there’s no mop provided- and even if a mop is available to guests, the cleaning should cover that prior to checkin. My 11 month old crawler got dirty, blackened knees and feet from crawling in the living room, dining room and kitchen. It was gross and I felt bad for her crawling around in the floor. My feet felt dirty if I walked around without shoes on. Other than the very dirty floors, the house worked well for our family trip. If I knew it would be more thoroughly cleaned, I’d stay at the property again because the location was great and place was comfortable.

Everything about the house was perfect. Well stocked, clean, comfortable, easy Check-in Check-out. Very nice both inside and outside in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and nice showers.We would stay there again if we take a trip to Johnson City and highly recommend it as a great place.Jen was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We rented this house for a get-together with family. All aspects of the property were outstanding. It was very clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated, quite roomy, comfortable, and very nice. The beds were soft, yet very firm, which is exactly what we prefer.If the opportunity arises to spend some time in Johnson City again in the future, we will definitely try to rent this property.

This house had everything you could think of to make a stay great! House was just as described. The little park that was in walking distance was a plus.

We were in town from Georgia for my in-laws’ joint 90th Birthday celebration. There were 9 of us, and house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and spacious enough for 6 adults and 3 children to not feel crowded. Only ‘complaint’ would be that there is a nice grill outside, but no propane provided? Had we had more downtime I would have reached out to Evolve regarding that, but situation didn’t warrant it. Location was perfect as well, as we had lots of other family in town and all restaurants and shopping was within walking distance. Very enjoyable weekend, and would definitely rent this house again!

We traveled from Georgia for my husband’s parents joint 90th Bday party, along with many other family members from all over the US. All stayed in Johnson City. The house was perfect for our family. Pictures made bedrooms look a little larger than actual, but still great for 6 adults and 3 children. It was very clean and well stocked. Had a really nice grill outside, but no propane provided…(?) We weren’t cooking there much, or I would have reached out to owner to inquire. The location made it easy to gather with others at local restaurants and browse the shops - all within walking distance. Johnson City is a unique little town on its own, but lots of interesting places all around within in driving distance to explore. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Johnson City with friends. The location was great and the house was super cute. Really loved that all bedrooms had a king bed and that it had lots of bathrooms. The house was clean and well stocked on a quit street. Would stay there again.

In town for a family wedding. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to downtown where there are lots and lots of shops & restaurants. The Christmas lights downtown and at the co-op were also amazing. Great stay!

Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with large kitchen island. Very well equipped kitchen which made cooking meals so easy. Great covered patio but unable to use due to the weather. Will stay here again

The house was so cute, had all the amenities and supplies needed for cooking, baking, grilling and coffee supplies. The bedrooms were spacious and easily accommodated our party of seven. The fire pit was easy to use and there were several eating areas (dining table, kitchen island and table on covered patio). Location was great with several wineries within easy driving distance as well as being close to Fredericksburg. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We had a great time in this wonderful home. It was very well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! I loved the fact that it had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everyone could have their own personal space. The location of this home is so so nice. There is a walking trail behind the house and the neighborhood was also nice to walk around. The common area and kitchen area were comfy with lots of seating for everyone. The house backs up to the athletic fields so there's lots of privacy and DEER! We loved the fire pit but we couldn't get it to stay lit (perhaps the igniter needs to be looked at), but we still enjoyed sitting outside. The property manager was super responsive when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

We loved our stay! The home exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to have found a place with 4 bedrooms each with very comfortable King beds. Home has been nicely renovated with great appliances and finishes. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and living area for the 7 of us to cook and hang out. Kitchen was well equipped and they even provided Keurig coffee pods and tea bags along with creamer and sugar! We enjoyed sitting around the large table in the backyard each morning and evening and if the weather had been cooler, we would have been using the firepit! I reached out with a question about the property before our arrival and received a prompt response. Would have loved to stay longer, but we are already talking about making a trip next year and staying here again!

this house is super cute, easily accessible, and easy to locate! Impressively decorated and clean upon arrival; we were in town for a very busy family wedding weekend and all felt like there was adequate space to get ready and retire for the nights comfortably. Would recommend to anyone wanting a cozy space!
