This property is well maintained, very clean and great beach decor. Extra amenities such as beach chairs, two bikes and beach towels were included. One main issue is with property description stating fenced yard in header. This property is not fenced in, The neighbors have fencing on either side and the back of the property, so not safe for pets or kids particularly bc home located on busy beach access road.

Everything was great to stay in this home. Everything was close by to get to in St. Augustine. The host was exceptional!! They offered a free ticket to attractions near by. Also, the host seems to go out of their way to accommodate you! I would give this 10 stars if I could!!!

We stayed three nights and the home was more than perfect. It was decorated so perfectly. There were six adults and we were all comfortable. It has a nice patio and fire pit. This property was in a beautiful and quiet area. We stayed for Sing Out Loud Festival and while it was separated from downtown, it was easy to access the shuttles and rides provided by the festival. Traffic was smooth and the place was easy to find. The house was clean and beautiful and accommodated us all very well. Definitely would stay here again!

This property is perfect if you want to stay between downtown St. Augustine and the beach. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and on a quiet street.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yellow Palms. The house was spotless and well stocked. We enjoyed the fish market around the corner and the fact that it was close to all Saint Augustine Beach has to offer. The extra bath towels, bikes, chairs, etc. were great extras as well. We would definitely stay again.

Pulling up to the house, it's cute and well maintained from the outside, but step inside, and it's adorable! This house is close to everything! I loved the convenience! Everything you need is here, but the best thing about this property is the CLEANLINESS! It's spotless! I always take cleaning supplies with me, I cannot be comfortable if it's not clean. This house was. I cleaned some, however, I did NOT need to!The beds were comfortable and no one felt badly from lying in one of them! The living room and kitchen are perfect and so were the bathrooms. Honestly, I wish I could say one little negative thing. But there is nothing!We communicated with the property managers several times and they were the KINDEST people! Always wanting to please! DO NOT hesitate staying here! We hope to be back!We are thankful we found this property!!!

Review- Enjoyed our stay at Yellow Palms. The place was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nicely decorated. It was very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Only one suggestion- although the yard was fenced on both sides, it needs to have a gate enclosure for the fur babies. Will book again.

My family and I absolutely love Yellow Palms! We consider it our home away from home at this point because we’ve stayed there so many times. Each time we have stayed, the property has been thoroughly cleaned and well-kept upon our arrival. Yellow Palms has everything needed for an easy and comfortable beach vacation. I also love that our pup can join us! She loves the house, too. Be sure to take advantage of the large washer and dryer while there. It’s so nice to come home from vacation and not have to do any laundry. That’s a game-changer for sure!

Perfect for our family of 5. Kids and mom were able to explore while I worked the afternoons and then joined in the fun for the evenings. No complaints.

House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 6 of us. Loved the private patio/fire pit area with Adirondack chairs!Turned out to be a bit farther than we'd like to walk to and from The Amp (1.5-1.7 miles depending on which route), but was still doable - still chose to walk since the ubers were way too busy.Host was super responsive to my questions.

We had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location was perfect—centrally located, which made exploring the area super convenient. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the house and the location. The I Trip people were very responsive. They replaced an outdoor grill that was not working. Brought us new pot and pan set; as we rented for two months. We rented it for January to March 1st in 2026 after such a great experience.

My family enjoyed a wknd vacation. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We visited the beach every day with a short 1 mile car ride. The kids rode bikes to the excellent donut shop. Home guide was easy to follow. Next time... we'll stayed longer and bring our dog.
