This rental was upgraded in 2014 with kitchen, bath, flooring, paint, siding, window and many more upgrades. This is our vacation home that offers lake access and views of Owasco Lake. There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each and a couch in the living room. An additional twin bed is provided in the office as well. There's a dining room with a formal table. Plenty of closet space as well. Summer time is absolutely beautiful here.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026We were multiple out-of-state family coming in last minute for family function. The multiple bedrooms accommodated our needs (just a note one bedroom is loft). We didn't need to cook, but kitchen was well stocked and location on the lake is very pretty.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025We had a wonderful time and the house was just perfect. It was excellently stocked with anything that you could need. You are only steps from the water and the dock is great. Down the road is a beautiful county park (Emerson) and it is very large and circles the water. It's a great place to take a walk. I hated leaving our vacation.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025This is our 4th year renting this beautiful home. It is perfect for our “kids” and grandchildren to enjoy hours of fun swimming in the lake, and enjoying s’mores at the lakeside fire-pit at night. There’s always several families of baby ducks that stop by looking for treats. The livingroom is spacious and great for family time. The kitchen is well stocked, and the dining room table seats the whole family. We plan to come back again.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Overall the house was great. Lots of space, nice view of lake. Housekeeping could have come in before we got there and removed spiders and bugs from inside windows and ceiling in kitchen.. and bathrooms. More linens are needed for house . Night light were full of bugs.. over all though we had a great time
