The host was so quick to respond and willing to work out everything with pending weather forecast. The amenities of this house were so thoughtful and the house was spotless. I am a clean freak and this house met every standard from bathrooms to kitchen to the carpets. Wish we could have stayed longer but with Storm Fern heading our way, we opted to leave before the ice arrived. Definitely plan to return again.

The house had everything that we needed to enjoy the holidays. The host even set up a small Christmas tree!

Loved this house. Layout is great for a big group, lots of things for the kids to do. Kitchen was spacious and very well stocked. Host was very responsive. House was super clean and comfortable.

We traveled with myself, husband, 2 sons (20 & 15 years old), our dog, my brother and sister in law, and my elderly parents (both 80-ish years old). The house was easy to find and with minimal steps to enter the main living space. My brother and his wife (who has mobility issues) and my parents were able to stay on the main/upper floor, while my family used the downstairs/basement space. It was nice to cook meals in the well-stocked kitchen. They had all the cookware and dishes needed to feed 8 people. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Our dog loved walks and all the new smells, lol. We had an issue with the downstairs Roku, but it was rectified as quickly as possible. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but we still felt cozy. I highly recommend this property and would happily rent again!

The home was very clean and well stocked with everything a family could need. We were there for skiing and snow tubing and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Will definitely be visiting again.

The host was very responsive and helpful with all our inquiries. The house is just lovely and well laid out to allow for kids to have space away from adults (and vice versa). Everything we needed was stocked in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful!

Wow - this place was a perfect fit for our extended family. Ages ranged from 86 years old to a 20 month old Kitchen was a chefs dream and we cooked all meals there. Everything was as described in the listing. Fully furnished and easy to get around the house. Nice touches such as sealed toothbrushes for those who may forget - shampoos and body washes too ! Towels were large and fluffy ! Thank you so much for accommodating our multi-generational family ?

Stephanie is an outstanding host who communicates well and addresses any needs. We enjoyed relaxing at an elevation that was 15 degrees cooler than the sweltering central Virginia region. It is important to know that you are in a community of private homes and that accessibility to community assets like pools is more restrictive for renters than for owners.

The house is great for young kids and adults alike. The kitchen has every pot, pan, casserole dish and coffee pot you could possibly need. Everything was spotlessly clean. Loads of games and puzzles as well as pool toys etc. We had a great time and Stephanie was extremely responsive to our needs!

We had seven kids under 10 in the house, and there was more than enough room to sleep and play for all of them. Stephanie’s house was clean and perfectly furnished - very nice but also comfortable.

We stayed in Wintergreen for a family weekend. The house was beautiful. The host was engage and responsive. In addition, the host was incredibly accommodating for our needs. I cannot recommend this property and this house enough. We had a great weekend and it was in big part to our host and their house. Thank you for opening it up to us.

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation in Lynchburg and we were not disappointed. Very clean, easy to find, and check in was easy!
