This cozy holiday home is on one level and has been recently renovated.
The plot is surrounded by typical Majorcan landscape and the location is very quiet. It is only a 10 minute drive to the beach.
The front door leads directly into the living room with comfortable seating elements, satellite TV and tasteful paintings on the walls. The dining room is separate and equipped with a large table and 6 chairs.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities:
Dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, stove, oven, etc.
Glass doors lead from the dining room and the kitchen in the landscaped garden with terrace and stunning views of the surrounding countryside to the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains.
The (1 x double bed and 2 x single beds) 3 bedrooms share 2 new, highly equipped bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning
The outdoor area with garden is completely private, there is a grassy area, a large gepflastete with natural stone terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, well-kept flower pots etc.

This holiday home is a good location for beach lovers and hikers. Families with children, those seeking tranquility but also cyclists will love this house.
The stylish city Pollenca offers its visitors, many typical cafes, restaurants with outdoor terraces, galleries for contemporary art and crafts, small boutiques, antique shops and the main square with a church there every week a large market with fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as local specialties. In the old convent of Santo Domingo classical concerts are held during the summer months. On the outskirts of Pollenca long stone staircase leads to Calvary, reached the top, the visitor can visit a small Hermitage and enjoy the magnificent view.
In something more lively coastal town Puerto Pollenca, only 5 km away, there is a long, narrow sandy beach and a beautiful beach promenade with a small glider port, numerous restaurants, cafes overlooking the sea, large and small supermarkets, bike rental and water sports such as sailing, windsurfing , diving, water skiing.

    We stayed at Finca Rana for 10 days in July 2014. It was exactly what we were looking for; it was beautifully quiet, immaculately clean and well maintained and brilliantly located for easy access to Cala St Vicente and Puerto Pollenca by car. We have a 3 year old son, so did not want a pool. Instead, we had a lovely garden and huge patio area for him to play in, and the whole area was securely fenced so that he was safe. Air conditioning in two of the three bedrooms was also really appreciated. The villa is located up a small private lane with only a few other houses nearby, and although the main road to Pollenca was nearby, there was no road noise at all. Blissfully peaceful - just the occasional donkey braying! The owners were a lovely couple and very friendly. Will definitely stay here again - just about to make our booking for next year!
