Fifty Shades of Graytastic Home! Peaceful & cozy retreat 2 minutes from ECU!

Check-in was super quick and easy! Was a wonderful stay. Plenty of space and any type of supplies needed. Only note was hot water ran out very quickly in the shower, but that could have been due to the historic snow storm we experienced.. would highly recommend overall!

The host was great, very attentive. Nice space and easy location to ECU and area medical offices/hospital. House was very clean and perfect for our weekend of basketball tournament games.

good location, plenty of sleeping space - liked having 2 beds in one of the bedrooms, clean, liked having the backyard fenced in for privacy.

Good location, hard to get back to after game due to roads being blocked off for football traffic. But good space, needs some minor home repair as far as ceiling and walls are concerned and new shower fixtures. Hot water never would get hot for showers, luke warm at best. Good outside space if it hadn’t been too cold to enjoy. But host was great!

When we arrived in Greenville, 3 1/2 hours away to move our son into his rental we ran into a bunch of hurdles and thought we may need to stay another night. Before check-in I messaged and asked if we could get another night. They were very fast responding that we could. We arrived exhausted from moving. The easy access to enter is great. The cleanliness is awesome. A very quiet neighborhood, close to ECU. I highly recommend the rental.

This was a lovely location near ECU. Our stay was brief but the house was perfect for my family. I especially liked the room descriptions and how nicely everything was laid out by the owners. Beds were super comfy and so was the living area. Super clean! Will definitely stay here again with my kiddos.

The neighborhood is really old. The fence must be 50 years old. The backyard grass was like 6+ inches high inside of the house smells like smoke bathrooms are so old you can’t flush wipes down the toilet. We walked in and right back out and then we were never refunded, there should be some kind of standards and Vrbo failed us too with customer service and quality. They said that I would be refunded when I called and they sent an email 4 days later stating they were not refunding us.

The home worked out great! Easy to find, convenient location, clean, nicely decorated. Our family enjoyed the space. I would definitely rebook this home in the future. Indy was a WONDERFUL host! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!
