Very cozy house. Family had a great time using it. We forgot a coat and was helpful in letting us come back in post checkout (before any other guest has arrived) to retrieve itWould 100% stay again!

Smooth communication, clean house, has everything you need. Good location, enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This stay was adequate and photos were accurate. Wifi functioned and the stay was convenient for trips into Boston, there were yard games available and the grill was nice for outdoor cooking. Appliances were new and worked well. It was very easy to make meals for our group of 8. It was close to a large children's park and the driveway accommodated several cars. I had to ask the host about check in twice and in the end did not receive a response before we arrived. We also had to ask twice for the A/C to be adjusted. The temps are restricted and on a timer although the host said the timer can be overridden. The space is quite baron without personalization or style. It felt very thrown together and not homey - Wobbly dining room chairs, paint patches in many rooms, large couch that didn't recline but cords made it impossible to separate sections. There was not furniture to accommodate 8 people in the living room. The back yard was mostly dirt with little grass and a house across the street is falling down. Toilet handle came loose in one bathroom and in another it took a long time to refill. There were no hand towels in bathrooms. Overall, it all felt like an afterthought. An investment property done on the cheap, not staying in someone's home. For guests with mobility issues - all bedrooms are upstairs and the garage is not accessible so it is necessary to climb stairs to enter the home.

We had a great stay at this location! House was immaculate and many excellent amenities to ensure our stay was a good one!

Convenient and great place to stay with family while we had construction done on our home. Had everything we needed to feel at home. The pets allowed was a huge plus so we could all be together.

The hosts of this house are incredible! They were very attentive, responsive, and the best! The house was amazing. It was clean and spacious. The master bedroom and walk-in closet were a dream come true. The kitchen is right next to the living room with an absolutely gorgeous fireplace. We could not have asked for better accommodations. You will not be sorry if you stay here!

The home is very clean and well prepared for a family stay. The hosts have supplied everything we could need and have well thought about the needs of guests with little things provided to make our stay a wonderful one.

This house was amazing. First, the host were extremely responsive from the very beginning up to after we checked out. Next the house was immaculate and just as pictured and described. Everything was clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms also very clean and ready to use. The location is great with easy access to I-93 and only 20-30 minutes to downtown Boston (with no traffic issues). There are also nice places to east near by or to get groceries. My only request would be to get a full sized ironing board. But not having it is not a deal breaker. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice place and very helpful host

This house has everything I needed for my family. Location is very close to everything, & is 10 min from Costco. It has many parking spaces on site. It has a beautiful working desk but I didn't use. Internet speed was fast and reliable. The house supplied enough paper towels, laundry pods and drying sheets, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, shampoo & conditioner & body wash, toilet papers, cotton swaps, make up remover, ladies hygiene. This is like a home away from home, I didn't need to buy any of these. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough pots and pans etc. We were surprised to see a bag of coffee included, what a beautiful treat for us. Roger and Cindy were very responsive and sweet to deal with. We didn't get to enjoy the beautiful backyard but it's very spacious. I would definitely come back here again.
