The host communicated promptly before, during, and after our stay, Check-in was easy with clear instructions. The location was good, close to everything yet peaceful. The house was spacious and with a good-sized backyard.

The entire place is very comfortable, spacious and the neighborhood is safe. The bed just perfect. The purpose of our trip was work and the house felt like home after a long day of being out on the field.  I love to cook and the kitchen is just perfect the only thing I would add is a good set of cooking knifes thats about it.I know I will have to work in this area and sure I will try to stay in this place again. Stayed here for a week during a work trip. Very clean house, lots of space, the living room was a good hangout spot and the kitchen has lots of room for cooking every night.

The home was clean and inviting. Very well furnished and the beds slept great. We were in town for a wedding and the VRBO was in a great location. The only thing I would suggest is use of the garage. The day of the wedding it was raining, and it would have been nice to be able to get into the car in a dry area especially for my 87-year-old mother. Montell was great to work with and I would highly recommend this home to stay in. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family. Definitely a 5 star stay!!!!!

This rental was perfect for my husband, me, and our two adult children, plus our dog. It has a nice backyard, a very large kitchen, and split bedrooms which was nice. Very clean and convenient to the places we needed to go, including the DFW airport. There is a nice paved walking trail for walking our dog, which was nice. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great location and safe neighborhood

This property was clean and convenient to location of our activities. Originally property did not have a drip coffee pot which is big for us. When we ask owner about a drip coffee pot, he made sure one was available upon arrival. This made our stay as we enjoy a warm cup of brew after waking in the morning. Beds were clean and comfortable. Checking out was simple. We were only requested to empty trash, load dishwasher, and put dirty towels on bathroom floor. I would suggest checkout instructions be on site upon checkin. Questions were answered promptly. I would stay at this property again.

Everything was wonderful. Our family is very chill so we didn't want to be in a crazy party town, the location was peaceful while still being fairly close to stores and shopping areas. Would highly recommend for famieas and though we didn't have any little ones with us ,this place would be great for little kids, with a local playground just down the way.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! I really liked this home because there was no over the top cleaning they wanted done. All they wanted was garbage to be put in the bin in the garage and used towels on the floor in the bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood and host had great communication .
