▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

    Check in and communication was great. The house was a good size. Cleanliness was not great, bathrooms needed a deep clean, there were no products to use like said, wasn’t a problem but what was there were used items. Would have been great to have more towels, 6 of us had to share 3 towels. Overall it wasn’t terrible especially since we just stayed one night but if we were there longer more eye to detail would have been appreciated. Also a steak knife was hiding behind a picture in the hallway which I found funny but creepy at the same time.

    The house is very out of date and not well taken care of. All the exterior lights were either burnt out or had no light build in them. We got in late and couldn’t see anything cause of the lights. The house also didn’t look like it had been cleaned before we got there. Everything was very basic for the price. If you’re planning on staying here you should pretty much bring everything with you as it’s all old and very well used. The kitchen was more basic than a college dorm kitchen. Barely any kitchen utensils to cook or eat with. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and looked like they hadn’t been taken to the curb in months. The small was bringing in bugs and wildlife to eat out of them. If you are shorted then 5’6 this house is prefect for you as everything is very low in the house. The plus I have though for the house was they do accommodate for dogs which is nice but the backyard isn’t secure so you need to keep the dogs on a leash when outside or they will get out.

    Pulling up to the house and grass and weeds were high. Lawn was in horrible condition. Entered the home to find it was somewhat clean but all beds were roll away beds. Not comfortable at all. Unable to use the backyard d/t high grass/weeds. Had planned on spending time outside had the yard been as advertised. Garage door didn't function. Had to park my high end vehicle outside. Washer/dryer not connected. Front lights not working. Person listed as POC no longer worked for company. Finally received call from property management 3 days later. Offered 2 night refund and email to verify. Never heard back from them. Couldn't wait to check out.

    Got there the first night and it looked like someone had a party in there. Had to go back home. Came back the next day. The neighbor dogs were not friendly. The yard was way overgrown. When I went to use the shower rag it was so full of dirt. Looked like it was used to mop a floor. I used a blanket off another bed. When I put it over me it smelled like urine. Lots of light bulbs out. No way I’d rent again.

    Overall the communication was above average. House is older 70s style home. 1 bedroom is a closed in portion of a porch. The neighbors dogs will bark allll night long.

    From the moment i booked to the moment i left it was smooth sailing. All messages were promptly responded too. The house was clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. And everything we needed for our stay was there. We went down for my sons graduation from boot camp and all our expectations were exceeded. Definitely highly recommend staying here!     This place was the absolute best! Everything was exactly as advertised and the back yard was an extension to the pleasure once our grandsons came over and saw the playground. I will definitely recommend this property and I also look forward to returning.
