Stayed May 13, 2026The property is on a narrow strip of land in-between the bay & the beach. Walking to the beach takes about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your age. The left side of this duplex is very well maintained & has lots of amenities. The beautiful pool & hot tub are shared with 5 other families. I do recommend this property & Sunny Beaches.

Stayed May 9, 2025Patti was so gracious to host us last minute after our original rental fell thru due to a cleaning issue. This was an absolutely beautiful home on the lagoon and I would absolutely stay here again. Very spacious and clean.
