Stayed Apr 17, 2026This home was perfect for our weekend at Coachella! It was very close to the festival grounds, and in a great neighborhood. The host was incredibly kind, had great communication, and was very diligent in assessing our needs. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival! The listed photos are definitely a bit dated compared to the current state of the home. All beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and every amenity worked as expected, even given our large group size. The backyard was the cherry on top! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay for the festival or just a trip to Coachella:)

Stayed Apr 11, 2025The listing claimed the house accommodated 8–10 people, yet there were only 5 towels provided for our entire stay. The floors were filthy, and we found chips on the couch upon arrival. Even more frustrating, the refrigerator was full of the owner’s personal items, leaving barely any space for our food and beverages.There were no paper towels, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the AC was locked at 77 degrees with no way to adjust it, which made sleeping uncomfortable.To top it off, the listing stated that the reservation was fully refundable up to two months before check-in, which was a big factor in our decision to book. However, after booking, the host claimed they changed their cancellation policy and that the reservation was locked in immediately. This felt misleading and unfair.Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not at all what we expected based on the listing. I would strongly caution others before booking this property without thoroughly verifying the details with the host ahead of time.

Stayed Apr 14, 2016The landlord was extremely helpful and courteous. She made us feel right at home and always answered quickly if we had any questions. The location was perfect for the event we attended and it is in a nice quiet neighborhood
