Very nice and welcoming. Just like the host! Instructions were clear and the house was well organized. Amenities were plentiful and well appreciated such as the movie catalog and the zip lock baggies! Research all the amenities before packing as there was definitely some overlapping haha. Additionally, the walk to the beach was short without having to cross any roads! While I didn’t get to make use of them, there is also plenty of beach going equipment offeredThe living room blinds, while fitting very well with the room decor, I felt wasn’t sufficient in offering enough privacy, especially at night. I didn’t mind personally as this was on the 2nd floor and sight lines directly into the living room from neighboring houses were difficult to non-existent. I should also note that this was not applicable to anywhere else in the house, only the living room.Overall the stay was very comfortable, well-accommodating, and spectacularly homey. Would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful weekend stay right before school. Had every amenity we needed plus close to the beach.

The check in process was easy and I easily communicated with the owner. The pictures were exactly what we walked into. The house is peaceful and beautiful in person. Very clean. I was able to walk to the beach easily and quickly because it is not that far from the beach. The washer and dryer made it easy to come home with all clean clothes and not have to worry about doing laundry when we got home from our travels. Everything is labeled so it is easy to know what light switch goes to things and the kitchen is stocked with what you need to cook. They have everything you need and could even come with just your clothes, toiletries and food. Everything else was provided. We will for sure be renting this again!

Enjoyed our stay, the host was super sweet and very accommodating. She allowed us to check in a few hours earlier.. Loved the fenced in yard because we had three small dogs. The house was equipped with all the needs, they we did not bring. It was like our home away from home.

This is the 2nd time we rented this beautiful home. We are looking forward to visiting this great home again. See you next year Mad Waves! The Kite family.

Beautiful beach house!!Decorated very tastefully. Has everything you will need. The grill was very nice and the cargo lift was a life saver!!Bed was very comfortable and we loved the dehumidifier too. Will definitely return!

My sister and I went down to see family that was in town for the holiday. House was perfect, exactly as portrayed. So many extra little touches that made the house feel like being at home. The decor, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen and of course the convenient lift!! Wendy stayed in contact to make sure everything was perfect!

This beach house was exactly as described. It was very clean and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be honored to stay again in the future.

A pleasant experience from the very beginning. The booking was very easy, communication was great, and very clean. They furnish everything that’s needed plus more. The rental is very inviting from the minute you open the door.

We absolutely loved our stay even though it rained almost everyday. We were still able to ride the side by side on the beach and enjoy watching the waves. We didn’t collect any seashells this time but will on our next stay. Loved that we were able to take the dogs! The house is beautiful and the host was great! Will definitely be booking again soon!

We loved everything about this house!! We travel to a lot of vacation homes and this one checked every box and more!! From the almost full wrap around porch to the amenities cargo lift hammock the pictures didn’t do this home justice! Can’t can’t wait to come back and visit!
