Fenced lot,dog friendly, strong WIFI, beach view, fire pit, budget, best memory

Allowed us to have a great beach trip as a family with our dogs! Clean and cute!!

We have stayed here before and love how close it is to a beach entrance and the fenced in yard for our dog.

The house was perfect for my family of 4 our dog. The fenced in large yard was great for her. Beautiful sunsets a house away from the bay beach was incredible. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Wildwood and Cape May are within 20 min drive. We will absolutely be revisiting this house next year. Family and dog approved.

Perfect location - just a short walk to beach access. Beach was very private and quiet our entire stay. The fenced in yard was huge and perfect for our 2 energetic golden retrievers. The master bedroom was spacious and perfect for our travel crib for our baby. Villas is a a quiet town but conveniently close to Cape May and Wildwood for restaurants and the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Property was amazing. Perfect for our children and dogs. The lot is enormous, and loved having it fenced in for safety of pets and children. Steps to the bay, centrally located, short drive to Wildwood and Cape May.

Lovely location. Clean and quiet. Mosquito made sitting outside impossible. Others in my family loved the bay for morning and sunset walks. Good kitchen to make brkfst before beach day. WIFI and TV were good. AC worked well. We all had a wonderful time.

This property was perfect we had an amazing time ! Perfect location, private, quiet and had everything we needed. Close to the beach, big fenced in yard for our dogs to roam around in, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Beautiful place and lot! My grandchildren and grand-dogs enjoyed walking to and playing in the bay. Perfect location as we visited both Cape May and Wildwood.

Just want to say that Bettina was amazing with how responsive she was to all our needs and so very helpful. We loved the layout of the home which was perfect for our elderly dog (no stairs) and family. Loved the bay beach across the street and the incredible privacy of the yard and landscaping. I slept better in the master bed than at home, it was so quiet and comfortable. I loved that I didn't have to pack towels and sheets and linens, that everything was there and plenty of pillows and kitchen items. The tempertature of the house was set nicely, which has been an issue with some past rentals, where it is too warm. We loved our vacation with all of these comforts.

Loved the property- the owner was amazing and communicative. Sunsets on the bay- just minutes walking were beautiful.

Bettina is a great host, very responsive and has a lovely well equipped property. The house is very comfortable and has every thing you will need for your stay. The location is perfect. So close to the beach.

This is a wonderful property. Close to everything. The beach just steps away. Close to Cape May/shopping and restaurants. Short drive to wildwood and Atlantic City. This house was very clean and perfectly described. Large fenced in yard perfect for a dog. We absolutely loved it.

House comfortably held 6 adults and three dogs. We enjoyed being so close to the bay and a short drive to Cape May! This is our second time renting from Bettina and we plan to do so again!

Perfect place to stay for our family. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to Cape May. Boys loved being able to fish in the bay and the girls loved going to the beach.

We had the best time! The house was perfect for our family. Outside sitting areas in front and back were great and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The sunsets were absolutely stunning!

My spouse and I had a wonderful weekend in the Villas at this property. Bettina was a great host; check-in and check-out very easy and she was very easy to reach. The property was great, a simple beach cottage, but with plenty of room with two large master bedrooms with comfy beds, a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds for kids, two nice full baths and a decent sized living room (well furnished) and a well-stocked kitchen. Outside there was a decent deck with table to relax outdoors and the fenced in yard was great for our little dog; we didn't find the burrs in the yard to be a problem. Our little guy loved chasing the rabbits around the yard. THe house is steps from the beach; as close or closer than the listing indicates, you can see the water from the nice front porch. The beach was great, only steps to get there and pretty quiet with just local residents and the native horseshoe crabs which were fun to watch. Thanks Bettina, we had a great time!

The property is well situated amd very surprisingly near the beach. It really is close. Rhe house itaelf is pretty basic but has everything you need. As expected and maybe a bit more. Thank you.
