Fenced Backyard & Fire Pit: Bright Peoria Home!

A pleasant surprise to find the Peoria walking trail just a block away. House was clean and comfortable. The hot water could be a bit warmer & I wish I could have been able to adjust the thermostat because it was cold every morning.

The house is centrally located near restaurants, shopping, parks. The house was perfect just like the pictures. We enjoyed the large backyard and patio with table and grill. The beds were comfy and the showers had good water pressure. The bath towels were not old like in others homes we’ve rented, they were just like at home. The large kitchen and family room were great. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was nice, ceiling fans keep the air flowing. We noticed red ants in the backyard on the first day and messaged the property manager (through text instead of the app, which was a little strange) who said they would let their bug guy know.

The unit worked well as it was in close proximity to our daughters home. It is very clean and well kept and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and back patio was nice.

Really enjoyed our stay and the paved walking trail nearby! Host was very responsive to a few questions we had. Close to a lot of retail and restaurants. House was clean and kitchen great for times we cooked. Beds comfortable and liked the shelving in the MBR and closet for being able to unpack suitcase. Highly recommend and would go back.

This is a very nice place to stay. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds, nice washer and dryer. Worked very well for my husband and I, plus our daughter, son in law and 6 yo granddaughter to stay while visiting family in the phx area. The owner of the house was great to deal with.

The property was in a great, convenient location. Costco, Wal-Mart and all stores are within 3 miles of the property. It was clean when we arrived. The only thing I would suggest is to have a dresser put in the rooms. It's not fun living out of a suitcase when you are staying for a week. Other than that, our visit went smooth. Debbie, our host, was very responsive when we had a question. I would definitely stay there again!

We came down to Phoenix for my daughter’s baby shower! We stayed 2 nights 3 days. It was an extremely clean house! Beautiful neighborhood! Management was super easy and so sweet to work with! We definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay. House was clean and all was nice. I was surprised there was no check in binder like other vrbos (I am all for paperless) and the is check in info advised there would be Wi-Fi instructions at the house. Did not see any. I emailed the contact and never got a response. Finally found on the side of the router after searching for awhile. Also would be nice if there was a garage remote, as a pain to have to park in driveway go into to open the garage door each time arriving and leaving
