Stayed Jul 3, 2021The property itself was comfortable, and had it have been where we wanted it in Grassmere it would have been so much better. How can you say Clappersgate is Grassmere? You deceived us Vrbo, when people want to go to a particular place they don't want to be about 5 miles away. When we paid the balance we got the proper address but we did not choose to lose our money as it was not refundable so we made the best of it, but never would we recommend your company for the deceit.
