Stayed Jul 19, 2025Property was as described and accommodated our group perfectly. It is a 3 floor townhouse with 2 bedrooms and bath on ground floor and main living space on 2nd floor and master suite on 3rd floor so if you have someone of limited mobility in your group this may not be the best option. The 3 floors do help you spread out and have a quiet place to go if that is important to you. Everyone was at the real estate office that I communicated with were extremely helpful and responsive providing help, receipts etc. The only negative was that the house was not ready until 430 when the contracted time was 400z. While I understand sometimes cleaning agencies are understaffed, this would be the first rental in 29 years coming to Saint Simons Island that my rental was not ready at the time agreed in the contract. That said the agents at Hodnett Cooper were great and I would rent with them again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We had a few plumbing issues and some other minor issues which we chose not to report during our stay. Property is in a great location, although it could have been a little cleaner. House is definitely not for someone with mobility issues, as it has two flights of steep stairs.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to extend :) Very clean, easy walk to the beach, nice 3-bedroom layout. Also, located near all of our favorites restaurants. Hope we can book it again soon.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024The was very convenient to the beach and restaurants and shopping so we didn't have to drive anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.
