The layout of the house was perfect for our family. There is a huge back deck with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the wonderful view.

Beautiful home with everything you need. We had a such a wonderful time that we did not want to leave. The home is big and spaceous and everyone can have their private time when they want. We enjoyed, going to the beach, the pool, cooking on the grill, fishing, flying kites, walking, taking rides on the golf carts and making lasting memories with our family. Sitting outside on the porch is like therapy. Watching the sunrise was spectacular and the sunsets are magical. Point west is our favorite place for vacation. We will be coming back. Leti our host was great. Thank you for everything.

Overall the house was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the door locks were extremely hard to lock. The bathroom shower door in the queen bedroom was stuck at the bottom making it difficult to open and close. The coffee maker in the kitchen did not work. We had to use K cups and bring down the k cup machine to the kitchen. You had to purchase a 25/person a pool membership if you wanted to use the club. The beach club pool was under renovation so the lockers and bathrooms were not available and you had to go upstairs to use a single bathroom. Even though the house was beachfront you had to walk about 7 houses down to the walkway to get to the beach which was another 1/4 mile away.

This is a beautiful home right on the beach. The homeowners and property managers were very responsive and easy to deal with. We had a great time.

The house was not cleaned , the windows were horrible looked to be cleaned with a dirty rag. Dog hair was everywhere , I had to ask for more towels each person had 1 only , i had to leave to go to the store to get more paper towels and toilet paper and the store was not close by.i felt like i was at home doing laundry and cleaning house and not able to enjoy relaxing. The hammock outside my daughter sat in and it immediately broke. The house did have enough space, beds and bathrooms.

I don't know what I can say that hasn't already been said. This home is truly beautiful and very comfortably slept all 18 of our clan. The huge kitchen, stunning furnishings, private bathrooms for each bedroom, outside seating and decking galore, heated outdoor shower, gas grill, double laundry room and full-sized pool table made the home extra special. The ultra-clean beach without vehicle traffic was the icing on the cake. My family fully enjoyed our stay and hopes to return again. Well done!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the home was situated well for our large family. We enjoyed the two bunk rooms, one for the girl cousins and one for the boy cousins. Unfortunately the elevator did not work for the entirety of our stay, which was a feature in a home that was important for us. The home was otherwise great for our family.

Amanda was amazing!! We went right after a hurricane and she worked so hard to make everything right!! The house was perfect and we will be back!!!

To be fair, I won't say the stay was perfect but very few are - and the minor troubles we had were very easy to forget about given the positives about the property. Interior was very clean. Beach access is great! Views from the home are world class - we spent a LOT of time on the decks enjoying the view and ocean breeze. The things that could have been better were minor to us, and probably likely to the unit not being used for some time (at least it felt that way). There were a couple of things that broke easily, but the property manager was very understanding and responsive. The elevator was a bit wonky but it was no big deal due to a main floor bedroom for our oldest person. Outside windows looking out at the ocean could use a cleaning soon. We would have probably grilled out one night, but the grill and exterior kitchen equipment would need a really good scrubbing before use and we weren't going to do that. Again, for us not a huge deal as the house itself was great for our large group of 15. Plenty of parking for all of us. Property Manager was friendly and responsive. Excellent house for a large multi-family group. We had a great time.
