We enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville - the house is located in nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything. The host was great, with excellent communications before and during our stay, and really went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant.Pro's: Very clean home, with many recent updatesComfortable beds; bathrooms are clean and well equippedLarge kitchen with new appliances; large eating area and barstools; great coffee barMany items provided by host: coffee, filters, sugar, soaps, hand sanitizer, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, paper towels, hot/cold water dispenser - it was very nice not to have to bring all these extras alongRecommendations:Add more kitchen cooking items such as large bowls and baking sheets - it was hard to prepare a full meal with the items providedThe sectional sofa in the family room is very uncomfortable

Throughout our visit, the host, Edwin was highly committed to making our stay comfortable and this was achieved above and beyond. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of extra blankets for lounging on the couch or for chilly nights. The house is spacious and was perfect to be together or break off into groups or even some downtime alone. The house is beautifully decorated, well maintained and clean and close to major shopping centers and restaurants. Thank you, Edwin for being a wonderful host !

Had our son and a couple of his Army buddies who couldn't leave for Thanksgiving so we brought Thanksgiving to them! Great house, yard and neighborhood. Centrally located to base and shops/restaurants

A super clean house and great fully fenced yard. The deck was nice. Laundry, coffee bar, bathrooms, were clean and nice to have. The host was fantastic.

This is a beautiful home and a great relaxing place to stay. It has all the amenities you need and more. Edwin is a great host and very accomodating. I would highly reccomend! Thank you for making this an enjoyable weekend for my family and I!

Home is in a quiet residential area, perfect number of rooms. Home is cozy, and we cooked at home and did laundry also. Everything was provided for, awesome stay.

I can not find anything negative to say regarding this rental. I am so extremely glad I didn't listen to the negative review. First, the house is lovely and extremely welcoming and way more than enough space. It does not have any odors other than air fresheners. Which is fine for me because in my own every room and bathroom has a B&B Works plug in. Next my son is allergic to bees and wasps, I text Mr. Edwin regarding this and he went right away and purchased the spray to get rid of the insects. There was coffee, tea sugar. They even supplied liquid soap for the showers, razors etc just incase you forgot to pack those necessary items. The only thing the children missed was the fuzz ball table someone complained about. Otherwise everything was welcoming spacious and sprinkled with genuine love with all the positive verses throughout the home. I thought I was looking at a vacation version of my home.Thank you so very much Mr. Edwin and family.

Property was extremely clean and convenient to Fort Liberty and surrounding area. The property was well equipped and stocked for a relaxing trip away from home, leaving you feel as if you were home. Property manager/owner was extremely attentive to any needs we had and made arrival problem free.

So relaxing! Enjoyed our time there.
