Stayed Jan 4, 2026My family and I had a wonderful time! Pride in ownership is evident!! The home’s layout is very functional with lots of space for family to spend together, eat a meal, and spread out into separate sleeping quarters. The kitchen is large and well equipped; everything needed is provided. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there! The host is very attentive to guest’s needs and quick to respond to messages. The location is also perfect!!! A great stay!!!

Stayed Nov 6, 2025Home was comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything g we needed. Host was quick to reply when required. Quiet neighborhood with easy travel to the most active areas in Redding. We’ll look for this home again when visiting Redding in the future.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. Sat out on the patio in the mornings in the private fenced-in back yard. Parked our rental car in the garage. We didn't cook much or do laundry, but there seemed to be everything needed to do so. Great location. I couldn't ask for a better place.

Stayed Nov 30, 2024Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house , quiet street front but a some what noisy main road at the rear ,great kitchen and dining area , ensuite bathroom was not up to standard needed a good clean , main bedroom carpet also needed a good clean , and a very uncomfortable bed in main room ,but overall a pleasant stay .Host Joel and his family were very accommodating and lovely people to deal with .

Stayed Jul 9, 2024This house was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping. Host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Redding.
