Stayed Sep 19, 2024Perfect location right off Campo de Fiori. Comfortable beds & bedding, beautiful architectural features ( ceilings). Nice antiques. Felt very Roman. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023If you love history, antiques, nearby great restaurants, and shopping, this vacation rental is for you! The owner, Enrico, was very responsive throughout the entire process. After our stay in Rome, we were heading to Tuscany. We needed parking for our midsize SUV. Enrico, was kind enough to find the appropriate garage for our car and made the reservation for us. The garage was only a four minute walk to the apartment. Once we arrived at the apartment we were not disappointed. Enrico was quick to respond to our questions about its history. First, when you walk into the apartment, just look up! The ceiling is supported by a Roman wooden beam. Check out the walls as well. The building dates from 1100 AD. The antique furnishings in the apartment were remarkable. In fact, they made me smile… I have similar pieces in my own home. However, I’m happy the couch was a modern piece of furniture. It was definitely put there for comfort. The area is amazing and the restaurants are fantastic. Also, get ready to shop!!

Stayed Oct 11, 2023Nothing truly awful about this VRBO but definitely not great! Expected upscale for the price and it is definitely not that. The apartment and its furnishings are worn out and dingy. Location is off an alley that is a little sketchy and the entrance/hallway is where they store the trash. Central location to see a lot of the major tourist attractions but expect to walk a block or two due to limited street access. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed Sep 7, 2023The apartment is just outside the tourist zone in the center of some of Rome’s best restaurants for locals and easy to reach anything you want to do. It is in an alley so car service can’t reach the door - you will need to move your bags a short block or two but owner was great in coordinating transport for us during our stay and very responsive. A/C worked great as well. There isn’t a coffee machine - instant only - but there is a cafe that opens early on the corner and many eateries within the block. It’s all code access so you also don’t need to deal with a key. If you enjoy staying like you live there, this is a great choice - we loved it!

Stayed Jul 19, 2023Overall great apartment. We had a party of seven and we all had a good stay. You do have to climb one floor so be mindful if going with seniors or handicap. We were happy with our booking and communication with the owner.

Stayed Jun 11, 2023We loved our stay. This apartment is literally around the corner from Campo de Fiori. Great restaurants and shopping and walking distance to all the main sight seeing attractions. The owner was attentive and helpful. The apartment itself is as pictured.

Stayed Mar 8, 2022My wife and I along with our best friends stayed here while in Rome on the backside of our 20th Anniversary trip to Italy. It was well equipped with beautiful touches throughout the whole apartment. One night we were tired of walking around and didn't want to eat out so we bought everything we needed for a dinner to be cooked in and it was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with all that you need with the exception of the food you will prepare. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well stocked with all you need. The only draw backs (and they are minor) is that a taxi cannot get you to the door so you will need to wheel or carry your bags but it's not far. Enrico was very helpful and even though we never met him, he made our check in and out very easy. We would stay here again as it's close to the Tiber, Trevi, Pantheon, and the Colosseum. Pretty centrally located to all of these including the Vatican.
