FARMHOUSE W/MOUNTAIN VIEWS!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had, and we have rented many. The property is in a wonderfully quiet area, in the morning the meadowlark’s are singing away and the view is fantastic. The house and furnishings are beautiful, and everything is very clean. Beds are comfortable and nothing was overly scented like some rentals are. Good communication from host. We hope we can stay again on our next trip

Great place to stay!

The home was easy to find with the directions we were given. Upon entering the home everything was very clean and all the furnishings in the home are very nice. It has beautiful views out the back to set in the evening and in the morning to have your coffee in which I enjoyed every morning. It is very peaceful to look at the mountains and see the horses and listen to the chickens. If we are able to go back to Colorado I definitely would like to stay here again. It is in a great location!

Shannon's home was fantastic, a great home away from home. This is actually my hometown so I know the area well, and it's in a perfect location! The home was clean and a really great layout for our family. It's super close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. but is in a very quiet, peaceful location. Shannon was very responsive via text and the home instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing! This house has everything you can think of and more! We were in from out of state for a 3-day wedding celebration. The house was perfect for our family of 4. tons of space...pics do not do that justice...and lots of storage. The primary bedroom is huge & so is the walk-in closet. All the amenities we needed plus spectacular views of the mountains! A little cold for us to enjoy the porch, but we hope to next time we visit,

Clean & Comfortable

Close to shopping and highway. We enjoyed exploring the nearby parks and downtown Parker.

The overhead door roller could use cleaning/lubrication for smoother operation. Door hinges throughout were squeaking and could use lubrication. As an early riser not waking others this was an issue. Overall, the Farm House exceeded expectations and was a good value.

The house was terrific. The hosts were readily available if we had any questions. The house is beautifully laid out and offers a private setting. We look forward to our stay next year.

Had a wonderful stay. The house met all of our needs.

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. We were sightseeing from Ohio. The Farmhouse was a great base for all we wanted to see and do. It was stocked well with everything needed. And had beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was so easy and we had everything we needed to make sure we were comfortable for the week!

The farm house was adorable and cozy. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Shannon was very easy to get a hold of and had a super fast response time.

We highly, highly recommend this VRBO! It was a clean, classy, and modern farmhouse, and also open and spacious. And did I mention clean?! We didn’t see any dust in the whole space! It is well appointed with supplies, and we absolutely loved the interior design and decorations. Each room had solid, quality furniture, with its owned themed decor. While it is accessible to restaurants, stores, and the main highways, it is tucked back in a quiet space, with a private drive. We didn’t hear any noise from town, but yet you’re close to the main roads in less than 10 minutes. We loved being able to easily roll into and park in the garage; a unique feature for a VRBO. It was lovely sitting on the porch, watching the horses across the way and the dogs playing, while the birds were singing. We also had some pretty sunsets with the mountains as a backdrop. The check-in and check-out processes were also clearly defined and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. 5 Stars across the board!

What’s perfect place to get away from the city, the views are spectacular! What a perfect place, fantastic kitchen and bedrooms are spacious and cozy! We will definitely make it a point to stay here when we are back in town. The owners were fantastic and very communicative. I highly recommend this place!

So quiet!

The Farmhouse was a perfect place for us to stay to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation since it was close to family in Parker. We shared the house with our daughter and son-in-law from California. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space and found everything we needed during the week. The views were beautiful and the house was very clean.

This home checked all the boxes. It was prefect!

The Farmhouse was awesome -- even better in real life than the pictures. The host, Sharon, was fantastic. Responsive and went above and beyond shipping something home to me that I accidentally left there. Will definitely stay again next time we visit our niece in Lone Tree!

We booked a stay for nearly 2 weeks and were so pleased with our choice. The property provided us a peaceful location to recover from the days activities. Comfortable with everything we needed.

Our family loved spending time at the farmhouse. It is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. The quiet and serene setting was the icing on the cake. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing basic meals. There's a Trader Joe's, King Sooper's, and Costco within a 10 minute drive, as well as many restaurants. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. We enjoyed the sunsets in the evening, and watching the horses in the morning. Nice place for walking. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to the Denver area.

My brothers and I had a long weekend with just us. It was great. For the first time in over 50 years we were together “alone”. The Farmhouse was the perfect location for us. Space, beauty, amenities galore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! It was very clean and the floor plan was perfect for our group of 4. The location in Parker was great for us to be able to visit many different places in Colorado. It snowed on and off throughout the week and they kept the drive plowed so we didn’t have an issue coming and going. Shannon and Kevin were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. *The beds were very comfortable!If we are ever back in this area we would love to stay here again.

From detailed arrival instructions, to gracious driveway snowplowing ensuring these southern-based travelers could safely navigate Colorado weather conditions, Shannon and Kevin thought of everything! Don’t miss this gem of a space when you are visiting colorful Colorado. We were warmly welcome and the care we received while guests of the Farmhouse was exceptional. Thank you!

We had an AMAZING stay here for my husband’s 40th birthday. The owners were more than helpful and available for any questions or needs we had. They even cleared the driveway of snow before we headed out for the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Loved the place! It's designed for travelers. Two bedrooms with separate baths and a large living area to convene for conversations and game nights. The view is great, and you feel like you are in the country - but civilization is nearby and it's only a couple of minutes to the nearest Target, Walgreens or whatever other needs you have. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back!!

We loved our stay - we enjoyed Thanksgiving there and had everything we needed for a simple and delicious dinner. Everything was well organized and clean. The view was stunning. Would gladly come back!

The house is furnished beautifully and not “cheap”. It is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view is outstanding with deer and horses on the countryside. The house is only a few minutes from downtown Parker, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We were here to attend the Nutcracker at the Pace Center and it took only about 7 minutes to get there.

A Wonderful Property! You can enjoy quiet Seclusion only minutes from freeway, shopping and services. The Property is well maintained, Clean, updated, and comfortable. 2 Bedrooms with full bath in each Kitchen , eating and living area combined in Well Done Open Concept. The house is located on the property of the owners, but once inside you cannot even SEE the main house and the view is spectacular! The owners were easy to communicate with, responsive thru VRBO and while we stayed there. We look forward to staying with them again

This lovely, modern farmhouse was truly enjoyed by all our group. It was so clean, well appointed, & beautifully decorated…our home away from home! Went to visit our son who lives in Castle Rock. Stayed at this beautiful location and really enjoyed the view and marveled at the explosive growth of the entire area.

This house has everything that you need, very clean, great view and location. We would highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a place to stay.
