Your unique door code will be sent by text 24 hours before check-in along with your personalized welcome guide. Smart lock entry — no keys, no fuss. Your code is freshly generated for your stay and automatically deactivates at checkout.

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (no early check-in available for the Farmhouse)

Your privacy is our priority — we live off-property but are always just a text or call away and typically respond within minutes.

House Supplies
Every stay includes our thoughtfully curated starter kit — because arriving to a fully stocked house is part of the experience. Your kit includes: paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen napkins, trash bags, cleaning supplies, toiletries, select snacks, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cooking utensils, bath towels, and bed linens all provided.

We use organic and sustainable products wherever possible and thoroughly clean and disinfect the Farmhouse between every stay — your group arrives to a fresh, pristine space every time.

Any additional groceries or supplies beyond the starter kit are the responsibility of guests.
Welcome to The Farmhouse at The Lazy Lavender!

We`ve put a lot of love into this space, and we want every guest to have a magical, relaxing stay. To make sure that happens for everyone, here`s what you need to know before you arrive.

The Basics
Guests must be 21+ to book. The Farmhouse accommodates up to 6 guests — little ones over 12 months count too. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. If you`d like to have a visitor stop by, just reach out and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Hosting more than 6 guests without prior approval carries a $100 per night per extra guest fee — please don`t surprise us with a crowd!

Your Furry Plus-One
We`re dog people! One registered dog is welcome at The Farmhouse — a $95 flat fee applies. Please add your dog during booking — an unregistered dog results in a $500 fine. We ask that dogs stay off all furniture and beds. Excessive dog hair cleanup will incur an additional charge, and any accidents inside carry a $300 fee plus replacement costs for any damaged items. Please bring waste bags — our cleaning team charges extra for outdoor pickup and we`ll pass that cost along if needed. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times outdoors and crated when left alone in the house. No other animals please.
If you`re traveling with a service dog, please register them with us before your stay. Service dogs must remain leashed at all times and cannot be left alone in the home.

Keep It Peaceful
This is a quiet retreat — no loud parties, events, fireworks, or shooting. We want you to unwind completely, not wake up the whole valley.

Smoke-Free Zone
The Farmhouse is 100% smoke-free indoors — a minimum $500 cleaning fee applies for any smoking inside. If you smoke outdoors, please take your butts with you — a $50 cleanup fee applies if our team has to collect them.

Parking
Complimentary parking for up to 4 vehicles — covered carport for 1 vehicle plus uncovered parking for 3 additional vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

Commercial Use
Planning a photoshoot or filming for commercial purposes We`d love to make it happen — just reach out before your stay so we can make the right arrangements.
