Farmhouse on Ammonoosuc River Near Cannon Mountain

Quiet area The River was great, we spent the afternoon there while we watched the 4/8/2024 Eclipse.

Very nice house with plenty of room. Host was very responsive. Good area for skiing. Downtown Bethlehem had a few nice shops and brewery. Would go back again.

Beautiful home!! The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The home accommodated our group perfectly and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Will come back for sure!

What an absolutely wonderful property, the house and grounds were beautiful. Communication with the host and check in / check out was seamless. Plenty of space to spread out, a well stocked kitchen and a great location. I’ll definitely be booking this location again!

Had a great weekend at this beautiful property for MLK weekend. It's less than 15 minutes from Bretton Woods and we had so much room to spread out in the house. There are great amenities. The manager's communication was also excellent. We hope to return!

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Very comfortable for our group of six, every window had a postcard view outside of it, and super close to both downtown Bethlehem and Cannon Mountain. One of our best family Christmases ever.

We stayed at this property to start a new family tradition with our adult children and grandchildren. The house and property was perfect to accommodate 8 adults and four children including 2 infants. We went to Santa’s Villahe for a day and enjoyed local fare as well as the beautiful kitchen where we were able to serve up nice meals. We will return to this property. We chose this location due to the close proximity to Santa Village in Jefferson, NH. This farmhouse was the perfect location. The size of the house was ideal for two families (4 adults and 3 children in our group). The picnic style dining table fit us all around easily. The beds were comfortable. The house was impeccably clean. The heating system was responsive and warm. The home had all necessary items (towels cooking supplies etc). Less than a 10 min drive was a delicious ice cream shop and brewery. We would recommend this location. Thanks for having us at your lovely home!!

We loved the house and the property is beautiful.

We were all very pleased with the accommodations. It was perfect for us all to be together. Plenty of space for all . The kids loved playing in the yard.

This home had something for everyone. Near to Santa’s Village for the kids, Mt Washington for adults. The home had plenty of room for 10. Games for the kids plus swimming in the stream right from the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful, house clean outdoor games were fun(deer flies were not)beds comfortable, overall excellent spot. Only down side was the river was not really swimable, too rocky and swift for young kids.

Every year I choose a house to rent for a few days for our family vacation. This yr I chose Lily's Farm House, we had such a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the yards gardens and porches were perfect. We also were a short distance to Santa's village . We all voted we'd love to stay again Thank you
