Stayed Jan 16, 2026Incredible views, close to Bretton Woods, plenty of room for everyone. Be careful coming in on the driveway with the snow! Four wheel drive recommended.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The views were amazing, house was clean and Leo was very receptive to all questions ahead of our stay. Check-in and check out were very smooth . We stayed with 8 adults and 7 kids and really enjoyed the open concept on the main floor and the quietness of each of the bedrooms. HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for a family getaway in the mountains of NH.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Our stay was great, but it as a little dirtier than expected (some stained linens, dirty bathrooms) and the advertized hot tub was actually a non-functional two-person indoor jacuzzi. Overall, we had a great time and the views were amazing! Would recommend!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Everything about our stay in Bethlehem was perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had ALL that we needed. We nine family members used all the well-configured bedrooms and bathrooms. The living and dining areas were large and comfortable for our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked. And the deck and view were stupendous. Location was wonderful - our family could be together for the weekend and get to the wedding easily.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We had a fabulous weekend at the mountain lodge. The views were spectacular! Best we’ve ever had. The house was warm during the day because of the heat wave so we spent most of the days on the deck, but it cooled down nicely at night.
