We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were quick to respond to us when we had questions. The neighborhood is gorgeous. The beach is a small walk away and the front porch has a beautiful view. The house was very clean. My kids enjoyed the beach toys and games. They were so sad when we had to leave. I hope we can come back one day.

We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. We visited Sandbridge and had some fun seafood meals in VA Beach. Your neighborhood is so pretty and I'm glad I got to see Nala.

Just as advertised…anything I was questioning exceeded my expectations. All the little touches and amenities were wonderful!

This was an awesome clean place to stay. All of the extras including beach amenities and laundry facility made this easy and fun. We sat on the front porch often which was nice for the whole family. We didn't get the opportunity to use the back patio or fire pit but it looked well kept and appealing. What a great time and place for a vacation!!!

This is a nice little cottage about a block from the beach in a great and quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect. The cottage is clean and nicely appointed. We had a great time, and we were within walking distance to our friend's house.

Property was marvelous. The place was very clean, Had a large, inviting couch. Comfortable beds. Plenty of blankets. The A/C was plenty cool.

Cat and Chris provided a peaceful, quiet and very clean respite for a Virginia Beach getaway. Their guidebook is very well done, detailing recommended activities, restaurants and helpful hints. The location at the end of the street was perfect. If we return to the area, we will hope to stay again! Thank you.

I lived in Virginia Beach for 21/2 years and love it so I have expectations. Cat and Chris surpassed all of my expectations. The house was lovely, well cared for and so convenient. Thank you for a fabulous stay. Hoping to be back soon.

Perfect for a planned vacation or quick getaway. The access to the beach was amazing and the beach itself was fantastic! We truly enjoyed our short stay here.

Chris and Cat's home is very high class in an affluent neighborhood just a few minutes from the strip. All the finishing touches in the home were top notch. The waves in the beach walking distance from the home were a too big for my kids so Chris and Cat sent us a different beach location where the waves were perfect. We are very impressed with their hospitality and highly recommend this VRBO.

We (from INdy) met our son (from Raleigh NC) and is girlfriend for a quick few days at the beach. It was pleasant space for 4, clean, homey and so close to the uncrowded beach,

Nice place in a quiet dead end with easy beach access. Place was clean and well stocked. Communication was easy with owners. They were upstairs, but didn't intrude at all- responded quickly when we reached out with any questions.

We wanted to introduce our granddaughters to the beach and visit the aquarium - this was the perfect location in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The house is comfortable, spotless and in great condition. Cat responded to our many questions quickly and was a great host. We would happily return!

I will start by saying that I considered not leaving a review because I want to keep this cozy beach house to myself ☺️. This was the perfect space for our family. It was so clean and felt cozy and comfortable from the minute we arrived. Everything we needed it had plus more. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. As I titled my review... absolutely perfect! Thanks Cat and Chris for opening by our home up!
