Stayed May 15, 2025Property had recently been partially renovated.Nicely done! Dated kitchen and bathrooms. Entrance to side porches (which is the easiest and safest way to get upstairs) is a series of stepping over septic pipe and/or stepping through support beams.Location was awesome! Beach access is awful! You have to climb 30 steps up, 15 steps down and then a long walk through the second dune to the beach.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024Location was great but we had some issues with a sewer smell and the washing machine didn’t work. The house worked fine for a fishing trip with the guys but not a place I would be comfortable in with the family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved being right on the beach with easy access to path there. House… needs a lot of TLC and a deep cleaning. Kitchen well stocked and nice hot showers. Had an injury (my own fault) and the 37 steps to kitchen/living area a challenge. Submitted all of our concerns to Vacasa and they were great on stating that they would inform the “owners” on the issues… so many tiny things but important things need repairs. Taking a survey on our occupants, at the current status, we will seek another place in the future. Odors an issue… covered sofas with sheets and washed the throw pillows. Location to fishing was our attraction so if you can deal with the litter beneath the house, the lack of lighting and electrical outlet issues, then you are good here. It was quiet and we liked the solitude…
