Fantastic Views,CHEYENNE MTN!Well appointed! 5 Miles to The Broadmoor,Wifi,Cable,AC,Grill,Fire Table

House was not clean upon arrival. We had to vacuum certain areas of the house, wipe down bathroom cabinets and scrub the tub.At some point the carpet needs to cleaned.Dirty unwashed dishes had been put away by either the cleaning crew or the prior guests. We cleaned all dishes before usage. Downstairs basement back bedroom mattress sunk in the middle and needs to be replaced.We are grateful the house was well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels etc.The kitchen was well stocked which was appreciated. The little kids loved the toys in the basement! We also put up the Christmas tree the host made available in the garage. That was a good surprise!

Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen.

The House was a perfect location and size for our family. Kitchen was a perfect size with all equipment needed for cooking. We enjoyed the wildlife that came around morning and evening on the back deck. Great views of the city at night and mountains in the back of the house. Look forward to coming back again.

Checkin was fine. House needs an upgrade. Decks in bad shape. Living room furniture is horrible. Kitchen was nice. Views out the back door were great. Trees in front block view from front deck. Upper bedrooms had great views. TVs were too small, not that we watched much.

This was our first visit to Colorado and it was fantastic! Booking, checkin, and checkout was a breeze. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. There was plenty of space for sleeping, gathering and also alone time for everyone. The back deck has a great view of the mountains! The kids enjoyed also enjoyed the games and toys. Overall A and hope to be back someday!

We stayed at this property for my son's graduation from USAFA. We had a multi-generational family staying, so the amount of rooms/ beds and floors to offer separation-privacy was wonderful. The location was about 30-35 minutes from USAFA. We also had easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak, Broadmoor Hotel/ Restaurants, Manitou Springs, Manitou Incline, etc. There are several gyms within 10-20 min (depending what type you are looking for...VASA (10 min) or Pikes Peak Athletics (20 min--it has a GORGEOUS pool/ lap swim available). Everything we wanted to do was within 30 minutes. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. There is a Safeway (Grocery Store) and Coffee shop (Black Bear Coffee) about 1 mile down the hill. Beds were comfortable. There are lots of towels for a large family/ showers, etc. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a grill. The garage is a 3 car garage, so we used that for parking of 2 vehicles. CONSIDERATION: If you have anyone in your party who does not do well with stairs...you may consider another rental. This is a multi-level home with no bedroom on the main floor. There are several stairs to enter the garage or front door entrances. I hope this review helps!

The location was perfect and the views were astounding! Our grandkids had a blast getting to stay with each other and play together for a solid week!We will definitely stay again!

The property was in a beautiful location and exactly as described. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings that we stayed there. Kitchen was very well equipped and the view from the top floor bedrooms was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

This had a country feel. In the mornings and evenings, a family of deer visited the backyard. There were also fantastic views in the front and back of the home. We also love all the cookware that was provided. This home is excellent for large families.

We really enjoyed our time and the house felt like home the 5 nights we stayed! It was in driving distance to all we wanted to do. Loved the quiet neighborhood and we saw lots of deer including a mom and her baby in our backyard! Highly recommend!
