FANTASTIC UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF PINE MTN & QUIET GET-AWAY FOR MATURE COUPLES.

The house is in a super convenient location. The host was helpful and checked with us ahead of time so there were no surprises on either side. Although it is a lower level, the access was easy and the views awesome. It worked very well for our time in the St George area: 2 brothers and their wives.

Our host, Ann, was great! She was very responsive when we had questions. Ann’s home is beautiful and was well stocked with everything we needed and more!

This home was amazing in every way. Beautifully decorated with attention to details. She thought of everything that you would possibly need. Quiet with a great view. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Great place in Washington. Very conveniently located to I15 and local essentials in Washington. Sparkling clean with great communication from the host, very nice touches, very comfortable. The neighborhood has great walking trails, and loads of hiking nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Our view was perfect for a couple artist visiting St. George. Hope to visit again next year. The place was perfect for two friends traveling and Ann was the perfect host.

Communications with the owner (Ann) was pro-active and very pleasant. The home is in a great location with beautiful view and very quiet neighborhood. I don't know that I have ever stayed at a cleaner or better stocked VRBO property. We really enjoyed our stay!

The home was super clean. We had zero issues. Anything you needed was really close, stores, restaurants, etc.The owner was ready to get a hold of and great to work with. I will definitely stay there again.

It was perfect! It was everything the description said it was and more! Location was close to everything we needed to do and yet we were in a very quiet neighborhood and had our privacy ! The view could not have been better! There is even hiking trails right out the back door! We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I can’t say enough about this property. There was literally everything that we needed for our stay. They had all the bases covered. The views from the picture windows that look back towards the north are breathtaking. Each morning we would spend looking out at the mountains that were covered with snow in the background, and in the Fore ground were the red rocks. All of the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment was within just a mile of the house. Our host was very accommodating and very responsive to all of our needs. When we return to St. George again, we will definitely stay at this location. There is no need to look for another.

We stayed at Ann’s home which was like Home away from home! Right from my first inquiry on her home til we left, Ann was very open, helpful and thoughtful of our needs. We were late getting in, she went the extra mile to ensure front lights were on and we had the necessities for morning coffee/tea.Ann’s home is very very clean, immaculate with comfortable beds and all the comforts of home in a quiet picturesque established community. We appreciated Ann’s attention to ensure we had a great stay!! Would highly recommend Ann’s home! Thank you Ann.

We had a wonderful stay in these clean and comfortable lodgings. Accessing the unit via shallow and widely spaced stairs was easy. The outside patio had a wonderful view… even tho it was cool, I enjoyed a hot chocolate there. The inside furnishings were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-supplied. We had no issues sleeping in the master bedroom, although the guest bedroom provides darker sleeping conditions, if that is important to you. And if you visit in winter and tend to have cold feet, you may want to bring slippers or heavy socks to keep your feet warm when you’re not snuggled in the comfy living room throws. Great location for checking out Zion or Snow Canyon State Park. And if you still have energy, there is a neighborhood walking trail around the adjacent canyon.

The highlight of this location is definitely the million-dollar view of the mountain, cliffs and rocks! We traveled as two couples and stayed for two nights at this beautiful location which was perfect for our needs. The master suite with a queen size bed was on one side of the home, and the guest room with a king-size bed and wonderful bathroom down the hall was on the other, so it felt like two master suites. The home was immaculate, decorated beautifully, and well-stocked. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our host was great at communicating and very responsive. The location was in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. We would definitely stay here again!
