This stunning and spacious 4 bedroom/5 bathroom townhouse is located in the heart of downtown Winter Park and is the best location in Red Quill Village. End unit with views through the trees and a quiet location. Gourmet kitchen with granite and a fireplace to create a cozy environment. Beautiful hardwood throughout the main living space and kitchen. Guest pantry stocked with coffee, tea, seasonings, cooking oil, and hospitality items. Be our guest!

Sleeping arrangements: King in the master room, Queen in the second room with private bath, King bed in the third bedroom with access to full bath across the hall. The bunkhouse has a living space with 4 double bunkbeds with a full bath. Sleeps up to 12.

Minutes from world class skiing in Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort. Free shuttle bus access is a few steps from the townhouse.

Restaurants, shops, groceries, music festivals, events, and the Fraser river are a few minutes walk from the townhouse.

Enjoy two patios. One on the front where you can enjoy the views and watch for wildlife. One on the back with access to a private hot tub.

Very kid friendly for children over two years old.

    What a lovely way to spend our Christmas holiday! This place was very clean, well-kept and decorated with a cute style, as well as some extra special touches for the Christmas season. The pantry was stocked with staples (like bottled water, condiments, cooking spices, snacks, coffee, etc.), which was a pleasant surprise! It is conveniently located within walking distance to all the cute shops along the strip, as well as the Lyft public transportation service to take us anywhere else we wanted to go while we were there. No need to rent a car! The warm fireplaces and hot tub were cozy ways to snuggle up after spending our days in the cold: skiing, tubing, and enjoying other outdoor activities.This was definitely large enough for our family of six adults. From the kids:20 yr old- the pillows and blankets were sooooo comfy!18 yr old- great location to do everything and get around on The Lyft (free)17 yr old- it was big enough for our family of 6!16 yr old- liked having a tv in his own room and the hot tub was great!

    Very well appointed home in winter park. Had everything we needed for a long weekend mountain bike trip. Checks all the boxes- less than 10 mins from winter park resort/ trestle, walk to many places on main, hot tub, garage, plenty of overflow parking.

    This property is perfect for a large family and friends. It is well equipped with lots of extras like kitchen spices! My family and friends had a great stay in this beautiful place. There is a garage large enough for a large SUV and a large parking lot for other vehicles.

    What a beautifully designed home. Perfect for our large family. Everyone had their space, and the attention to detail is spectacular! From the availability of kitchen spices, cooking oils, coffee and ziplock bags in the kitchen--to laundry detergent and extra toilet paper! Having the garage was a bonus--especially with the overnight snow. Communication with the owner was super quick. We definitely hope to stay again!

    We really enjoyed our time in Winter Park at this property. It had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, although there was so much snow it was cold being in there while it snowed outside. They also loved the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated having trash bags, coffee filters, etc provided. I will say there are a lot of stairs in this home! If you are not good with running up and down stairs this would not be the right property for you. We loved the convenience to the mountain. Give it a thumbs up!

    501 Red Quill Way is an outstanding property in Winter Park, CO for large groups of family or friends. Our group of 11 had a great time in this spacious condo. With 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bunk room downstairs we had plenty of room to sleep everyone comfortably. The kitchen and dining/living room are on a split level which created extra spaces for hanging out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you’d need to cook just about anything. The garage is great for parking inside and for storing ski gear. They even had boot warmers. The hot tub was a big hit with the frigid winter weather. The condo is located less than a 2 minute walk from the Rosie’s Way shuttle stop to and from the Winter Park resort for skiing. Lots of restaurants and shops also located within a very short walk. The only time we really used our vehicle was to go to the grocery store. Dawn and Brett are outstanding hosts! Quick responses, lots of great information on the condo and the town. We will be back!

    We haved stayed in at least 10 of those townhomes, and this particular one was THE BEST!? Very clean and VERY accommodating! We hope to ALWAYS stay at this townhome.
