Enjoy watching the beautiful birds as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the back porch. Go for a walk around the corner to the lovely Cortez Golf Course or cross the street and enjoy the wooded trail. The large master suite has a comfy king size bed and big flat screen TV and includes an en-suite. Utilize the dining area to visit with family and friends and have a nice meal together using the fully equipped kitchen with utensils. Grill out on the patio on a nice day. This truly is the perfect location with something for everyone to enjoy. For golfers this rental is located 1 mile from Cortez Golf Course.

We do supply some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates- Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a 5 Visit pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
