Fantastic Spacious Eastport Home Easy Walk to Everything & Parking for 6 Cars!

The property is in a great location and has plenty of room. The only downside was some of the beds were uncomfortable.

Great place to stay! Wonderfull fenced back yard for furry friends. Great location for everything Annapolis has to offer. Made our 50th reunion just that more enjoyable!

This house was perfect for our trip. House was super clean. The outside could use some minor tlc, but the inside was very well kept and super cute! We were in town for a wedding and this house was great! Highly recommend.

Great location and parking. Across the street from shops and cafes, and a 5 minute walk to the main restaurants in Eastport, 10 minute walk to the Spa Creek Bridge. Nice sized backyard. Had a lot of supplies. Exterior could use a little love but the interior was nice clean and stayed cool once we figured out the thermostat.

The location was excellent. Stayed during a heat wave and had some issues controlling the thermostat. Also the light and fan swith in the master bath was not working for two days of our stay. Everything in the kitchen was excellent though. The only thing that was really a let down were the beds, linens and towels. The beds had egg crates on the mattreses and there were no mattress pads. Sheets were old and washed out as well as bleached stained. Definitely need an upgrade.

Eastport is a very enjoyable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, fun neighborhood bars and don't miss Oscar's coffee directly across from this house at the boat docks. Walk to DTA is only 3/4 mile and one more click to the Yard at USNA. Owner was very responsive and even fixed a small sink drain issue quickly with no interruption to our stay. Great place for the family to hangout in the backyard or on the wide front porch.

We were in town for a sailing event and the house was in a perfect location for us.

Quaint, driveway entrance blocked more than a few times by street parking Property could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Had to hunt for hand towels & wash cloths and extra bath towels. Had to purchase hand soap, toilet paper and shower soaps.

The only downside and it was miniscule in relation to the overall experience was the amount of debris on the front porch that came from storms blowing off of the trees. Couldn't really be helped and again very minor issue. The rest of the house was fabulous!!

Lovely house, great fenced yard for dog, comfortable but not too fancy furnishings. Location is perfect—across street from marina where there is a coffee trailer-Oscar’s, can walk into Annapolis (we drove due to heatwave). Would definitely stay here again!

We've been coming to Annapolis for our family vacation for several years now. With a new dog, we needed to find a place that worked for her, too. We all had a great time here. The kids got their own rooms, and the puppy had a large fenced in yard to run around in as well as a nearby beach for swimming fun. Seth was very responsive as a host, and check in was easy. We appreciated the multiple copies of how to manage door access, wifi, and checkout. We also like the take a bottle/leave a bottle informal wine share in the kitchen wine rack. There's plenty of space for all to gather together or to find some private space. We also love the large front porch. We spent hours sitting there reading, talking, or listening to a band playing nearby. And since the location is walkable to downtown (or to a water taxi stop if you don't want to walk the whole way), we were able to walk and explore as usual. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location, can walk to everything and off street parking. House is much larger then what it appears in photos, great yard for gatherings. Great home in the heart of Eastport.
