The place was cozy and beautiful and we enjoyed our weekend hanging out in the house. It’s close to the attractions in Charleston and also provides great restaurant options nearby.

Tony was very easy to work with. The house was very clean and hospitable. The surrounding area was a little sketchy, but all seemed to go well. No one bothered us. The extra treats and surprises inside the house were nice. We left our pillow behind accidentally l, and Tony returned it and covered the shipping cost which was kind.

NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! I was super impressed with this property. The neighborhood made me a bit hesitant, but no one bothers you and this home was set up better than any vacation rental I have ever stayed at. I was disappointed I couldn't rebook right away! Mr. Tony was a gracious host.

Kitchen is awesome and had everything you might need.

This home was great for our needs - we were in Charleston to attend the Charleston Open. The host left many nice touches throughout the house, including bottles of cold water, snacks, and pods for the Keurig (although we brought our own coffee).

This place was very clean and looked to have everything you would need in a house to stay. We were 4 adults that just needed a place to stay overnight and shower as we were busy with relatives in Summerville.

The whole house was beautiful inside with plenty of space. It was well supplied with more than we needed, and the host was easy to reach by text. The location was convenient to Park Circle, and it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go either with or without using the interstate.

Todd was fantastic. He checked in just to make sure we had everything we needed. He also made the property very welcoming by leaving candy, snacks, and beverages. He even had music playing for our arrival. The house was amazing. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed to make an amazing Thanksgiving dinner. It was located close to everything including the Air Force base where my son is stationed. We had a great visit.

The interior of the house and everything in it was great. Toby stocked the house with coffee and snacks. He really put a lot of attention to detail for his guest. The house was very close to everything. Just not a great neighborhood but it was never a problem.

Property was as described. Great seating area outdoors with music. Overall, a good experience, and the house was clean. About a 10-15 minute drive to Riverfront Park.

We came down for 2-day weekend for my husband's birthday celebration. Have always enjoyed staying at Tony's house. Beautiful place. Very accommodating.

This was a great property to stay at in Charleston! Dont let the outside fool you, inside the home is amazing and every little need was thought of and provided for. Tony was very responsive and even came and replaced the microwave the same day when we discovered that it wasn't working!

Tony is the golden standard of what rental houses should be. I would give him 12/10 if I could. The house was phenomenal, and we cannot recommend it enough. Additionally, he is very responsive to any questions you may have. He will go out of his wat to make your stay pleasurable, and the house itself is great as well. Thank you Tony!

Everything was great

Property had everything we needed and host left lots of little extras. Location had easy access to highway for getting around Charleston. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked this property because of the price and distance from Credit One Stadium, where we were going to see a show. The pictures do not do it justice! It is an older home, but very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything in the house was clearly labeled, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems. It was so easy to get to Daniel Island for our concerts, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for some shows! The property host was very kind and easy to work with. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Tony was an absolutely FANTASTIC host. His place was exactly as described on his listing including a big open floor plan in the kitchen. He really goes the extra mile in making his guests feel welcome, from leaving out candies in each room to having music playing when we got there. We accidentally threw out a small keepsake from our trip in the garbage and didn't realize it until after leaving. We called Tony and told him, and he immediately offered to go over and look for it. He quite literally looked through the trash and sent it out to us in a timely fashion. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would HIGHLY recommend.

We had a great time. The place was bigger than we expected and the location was better than we thought it would be. We wouldn't have discovered Park Circle if we didn't stay in North Charleston. Tony provided a great stay with fun perks, we'd stay here again for sure!

At first you may feel some concern about the area because it’s in an older area of North Charleston! We had zero issues with the location/area! It is the perfect distance to Park Circle and downtown Charleston. The house was so cozy and Tony was such an AMAZING host and had so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I LOVED the unique decor!! There are also SO MANY good movies available to watch if you have some down time or want a nice break from running around. We will definitely be back here!

Tony did an excellent job of meeting our needs. When coffee maker didn’t work he brought another one over for us to use! The wine was a perfect touch for celebrating a 21st birthday. neighborhood seems rough when coming in to house, but was quiet and had no issues at all during our stay. Was a great place to stay while in Charleston area.

Stayed 2 nights before flying home after week stay in Port Royal. Though neighborhood was little sketchy, the interior of house was clean and had great 80/70's feel. Host provided everything you need, including snacks. It is only 10 minute from airport via a highway, couple minutes to Amtrak station and not much more if want to visit downtown or plantations.

Tony was very easy to communicate with. We had all we needed and more at the home. We would definitely book with him again.

The place is cute! It was dusty and had food on the floor. When you.walk in you have soft music , sweet notes all over and candy everywhere! Even mints on the pillows!! The coffee bar is wonderful! Tony is a pleasure to deal with!!
