Stayed Aug 3, 2025The location is perfect and we loved using the Watercolor resort. Very grateful for the beach chairs so we didn’t have to rent chairs each day! We had 4 teenagers with us and they lived being able to walk everywhere on their own.

The house near it is remodeling and it was a little loud and the upstairs bathroom is small but it was a GREAT location and has an awesome golf cart.

Stayed May 10, 2025We loved the location and ability to walk where we wanted to go. It was well appointed and nicely furnished. Has a very nice golf cart for ease of getting to Seaside. The only hiccup was the sheets in the upstairs bedroom had not been washed from previous stay. We solved that quickly and moved along with our vacation. We would choose to stay here again.
