Fantastic Olivia Beach Retreat, Hot Tub, One Block From Park & Playground, Communal Pool, Gym

Great place to stay. Kids had a blast.

The home and amenities were exactly what we expected. The house was clean, neighborhood was cute, kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals.

Lovely home! Very well taken care of and stocked for guests. Access to beach is via a lot of stairs, but this didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Finding a central location on the Oregon Coast was important to us, and this place made it easy to explore everything the coastline has to offer. The accommodations were fresh and clean, the communication was effortless, and the location couldn’t have been better. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed a few nights at this beautiful home in Lincoln City. Everything was clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace.

This place is very nice and in a quiet nice neighborhood. The only issue we had was that this place was advertised to be in Otter Rock which it is not. It is in Lincoln City. Since we had activities planned in Newport this added alot of extra driving for us every day. Besides that this place was very nice and I would reccomend it as a place to stay for anyone looking to stay in Lincoln City.

We were really impressed with the house; the quality of the furnishings, kitchen ware, beds & decor - all superior. The neighborhood, with access to pool and gym, plus park one block away, was attractive and amazingly quiet. The walk to access the beach is a few blocks away and requires traversing about 150 stairs down (& then up!), so may not be for everyone. We went to the beach most nights for sunset - perfect setting! Management was very responsive to needs and inquiries, even delivering 2 wine glasses when I inquired (only plastic ones in the house - surprising given the high quality of everything else). We recommend this home, as long as ocean view is not a requirement. It would be especially perfect for 2 couples or a family - it's well set up for either. For just the 2 of us it was a luxury. Additional nice touches: fireplace, front & back porches w/chairs, very nice bathrooms, beach chairs & towels. They've gone above and beyond to create a comfortable & attractive place.

The Regal Seagull was a gorgeous, totally redone home. I thought it was brand new but the manager said it had been updated. It was immaculately clean and very well stocked. Very child friendly, too! The neighborhood was so beautiful-a special place-and the beach was not very busy. It was easy to communicate with the management company through texting. We had a problem with the Internet being down but they worked to solve the problem which had to do with T-Mobile. The carriage house was a wonderful additional bedroom. The beach was a few blocks away and so nice to be walkable. Seriously loved this home and we hope we can afford to come back in the future!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Olivia Beach home in Lincoln City, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners with family and friends. One of the highlights of this property is its fantastic location. Just a short walk away, we were able to enjoy the quiet stretch of beach far from busy access points. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We enjoyed the community pool and took a short hike in the neighboring park where we spied a family of white-tail deer. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure that our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this vacation rental apart. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Lincoln City. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories here!

This was a perfect place for us to come enjoy the coast. My wife and I were joined by our son, daughter in law and granddaughter. Nicely stocked, clean and up to date as well as close proximity to a great beach. We will come again.
