My family and I had such a great time. Pros: Location! It provides a beautiful Mountain view, but is still very close to many shopping centers/gas stations/grocery stores. The home itself was so accommodating for a big group! All the teens in our family had the bottom floor and parents & little ones on the second and third floor. With three bathrooms there were no issues when getting everyone ready to go. We LOVED how much it felt like a home. There were extra blankets, pillows, fans, kitchen appliances, seasonings, and towels. The staff did a great job of having everything very clean for us. The management company was very hands off and just allowed us to enjoy ourselves within the rules of course which aren’t a big deal at all. Neighbors were very friendly! Cons: The Wi-Fi network wouldn’t connect. Really didn’t matter much since we were having so much fun spending quality time together, but it would have been nice since it is advertised. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work. We tried several settings and it seems to cycle through but the. The dishes were still not clean. We ended up hand washing, also not a huge deal. Overall an absolutely amazing experience for my big family. We had plenty of space and we’re very comfortable. We all plan to book again next summer!
Stayed here with 14 people and did not feel crowded at all. Everything was clean on arrival and everything worked. Only complaint is the locks are sometimes janky and have to turn the knob to lock the door. Otherwise amazing service and roomy cabin! Would def recommend for big groups!
Great view of the mountains! Fully furnished. Lots of beds. Some things in the house were broken or not working. Steep driveway so not sure how hard it will be with snow on ground. If your willing to overlook some stains in carpets, and broken/ not working items, holes in walls from people hanging stuff up, this place is perfect!
The best place about this property are the views. It is a lovely location. Once inside things tend to go downhill. We were told there would be wood provided for the wood burning fireplace, there wasn’t. The sidewalks and stairs were snow packed and unshoveled. The cleanliness of the property was not up to par. Several towels in the bathrooms were either unwashed or stained. There was hair on the wall of the shower and bathroom. There were glasses that were broken and cracked in the kitchen. The linens on the beds especially in the downstairs area looked like they needed to be cleaned. All of the extra pillows and linens I found in the closets looked unsanitary to the point that I wouldn’t donate them to goodwill. There was enough space because the property is large, but I would NEVER recommend for someone to stay here and and I would never stay here again. I feel like we were taken advantage of because of the price of this rental.
Easy process. Spacious home. Comfy.
The two decks mentioned were not cleared of snow, so were not really useable. The exterior stairs also not cleared so were dangerous until property manager was called. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Lots of real useable bed space even though we didn't use nearly all. Futons but no foldaway sofa beds. Driveway is steep and 4WD only in winter. Only parking for 2 vehicles on site is outdoors - no garage. Maintenance seemed subpar but property manager very responsive. Very close to downtown Dillon.
This cozy home was able to accommodate our big family. Although the home is dated, it has a charm to it. The beds/pillows need to be updated ASAP. They are worn down and not that comfortable.
We couldn't ask for more, everything worked out very well for us, the view was stunning
Was as they represented, clean but very (1980s)outdated.. needs updating. If your expecting a newer modernized place this is not for you, if you want a decent place to sleep and hang out for a good value it is worth it.. good views!
