Fantastic Home in Perfect Location - 2 Master Suites

This place was beautiful! Loved the house and location.

The home was as Pictured. A perfect location for us. We were disappointed we ended purchasing our own toilet paper and paper towels. No staples in the kitchen.

This home is very nice, the 2 suites makes it very comfortable for 2 couples to share or even use as a separate kid room. The garage is very clean and spacious enough for 2 vehicles. Very quiet neighborhood and in a great location. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping. 10min from Glendale and very close to Statefarm stadium!

Home was as described, clean, easy check in. Kim was prompt to reply to any questions I had.

Comfortable medium-sized house with two primary suites. Includes use of shared pool nearby. Back patio and front courtyard are pleasant during cooler times of the day. Very convenient for activities in the Sports Center area of Peoria.

My stay was outstanding. It was in perfect condition, check in was easy and the amenities were perfect. As advertised!

My experience with this vacation rental was great! The home was spotless and had good A/C. The Host, Kim Fletcher, responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely use this vacation rental again.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to store and restaurants. Very clean. Dog friendly. The grapefruit tree was an added bonus.

We spent a month in this house and the location was great - close to anything you would need as far as groceries, restaurants, hiking, golf, etc. The house was well equipped with most everything we needed and my husband enjoyed having a fresh grapefruit every morning from the tree in the back yard. Only a couple of negatives - this rental allows pets and the living room furniture had pet hair/fur on it (from previous renters since we don't have pets) and although the beds were very comfortable I can't say the same for the couch and love seat. It had very little support and for 2 people in their early 60's we ended up with sore backs from the lack of support.

The property was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owner responded to a couple of questions we had at check in a timely manner and did an excellent job. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property for 2 couples on a golf vacation. Well equipped, close to restaurants and shopping.

The property was excellent, clean and very nice decorated. Close to restaurants, grocery store, bakery. Loved the neighborhood and the pool was very nice. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed at this property for 4 months after we moved to AZ. It provided us with everything we needed, including a community pool, washer/dryer, a garage to store our things, and even a grapefruit tree! The location of this property was amazing for us, and had easy access to Costco, our school, the Post Office, the Loop 101, etc. My only complaint is the actual neighborhood. We had 6+ off-leash dogs run up to us while walking our dog on-leash, and we were even accused of not picking up our dog's waste even though we have a poop bag dispenser attached to our leash (and there are a ton of off-leash dogs in the neighborhood). There are a lot of broken chairs and tables at the pool, but I don't know if these are replaced by the HOA frequently. But overall, if you need a fully-furnished place with easy access to the North and West parts of the valley, then this is your place!

Beautiful home, great location and excellent host.

We stayed for a week in the Peoria house and really enjoyed it. The house is incredibly clean, and I really enjoyed the bright and stylish decor. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and take care of anything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the Phoenix area.
