We enjoyed the location near family. House met our needs for the short trip. Appreciated being able to do our laundry and folding table. Used our travel chairs to sit in front porch and watch sunsets. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good- I have thick long hair so I always appreciate good water pressure. Plenty of towels and appreciated the shower products. We didn’t use the backyard but it looked like a good space for the kids to play. My boys liked the street for riding their bikes in a low traffic area. Kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed. Wasn’t sure about recycling since there was just one can in the house but we did our best. Would definitely stay here again!!

From start to finish everything was as advertised and more. We were there for a baseball tournament and everything worked out perfectly for our family going to and from games all weekend. We realized all we needed were are clothes and food and personal toiletries. Lots of indoor board games and outdoor games for the kids. One suggestion we would make if at all possible is to alter the sprinkler time in the backyard during summer months so the kids could continue to play outside. We would definitely use this home again if the occasion warrants it. Thank You

When the property we rented had a severe plumbing issue and we were unable to stay there, Chris and the Bend staff worked with us to get a very nice to stay. We appreciate their efforts to resolve the situation. We will use them again for our rental needs.

Five people stayed at the property (4 adults 1 child). Initial impression was the house is new and really nice. It was clean and had plenty of seating for the group. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the accuracy of the listing and with our ability to cook using the supplied pans. The listing advertised a queen bed but it was a double. That was an issue and shouldn’t have been advertised as a queen. The other issue with the bed was the mattress was very uncomfortable and it squeaked with the smallest of movement. It wouldn’t take much to either add a queen bed with a non squeaky frame or change the advertisement and warn people of the noise. The pans in the kitchen need to be replaced and have appropriate sizes to cook for multiple people (pans looked like they were acquired from a yard sale and some were rusted). I had to borrow a pan from my brother to cook breakfast. The outdoor furniture needs new/clean cushions and it would be a bonus if the backyard wasn’t half finished with landscaping. I’m a bit on the tough side when reviewing because I have been doing short term rentals for 7 years and have a five star review. With some better planning and some financial support this property would easily be a 5 star.

This is a nice little property and a great little neighborhood. Be sure that your kids can fit on a smaller twin bed if you need to do that. For taller kids, it’s a little bit challenging the way it is set up.

The house was perfect as well as the town of Redmond. We came for a family reunion to be hosted in Bend. Bend seemed to crowded and so Redmond was the perfect distance for us to have peace and quiet. The house was beautiful and spacious and just right for my parents, husband and our two kids. We are very thankful to the host for making our stay so relaxing.
