Fantastic Family-Friendly Gem w/Spacious Deck, Fast WiFi, & Beach Access Nearby

Don’t go during a heat wave - no AC, too hot! The cleaning crew also forgot to get all the cobwebs & spiders out from all of the corners- we had many little friends with us. The outdoor shower is out of order. Not a bad property but not great either.

Overall nice house but think pictures and description on website are a little inaccurate, making it seem bigger than what it actually is. Wish the dining room had enough chairs to accommodate 8 people….had to drag chairs in from tv room. Also ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find anymore in the house. Would recommend more than just two rolls for 8 people. ? Location is very secluded. Overall not bad.

This rental had lots of comfortable spaces inside, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of windows, and lovely access to a great beach.

Cobwebs & creepy crawlies in every corner. Once you get rid of those, it’s not a bad place, it’s just older/outdated, aged furniture, broken doors, no closet doors, some closets lead to makeshift bedrooms.. it’s just an odd place overall. Clean sheets & plenty of towels. Lots of fans considering there is no AC (don’t go during a heat wave!). Only one bathroom for 8 beds is a bit rough. It’s in a good location & close to the beach, but not the most luxurious. I’ll be staying elsewhere when I come back to Plymouth.

Bright, comfortable and a great location! Plenty of rooms/ bed options for all. We loved having a beach so close. A most enjoyable stay!

The home is older, furniture getting a little worn, very musty and mildewy. Half a dozen little complaints that I think are a result of the property being managed by a large company rather than a homeowner. It met our needs for 2 days but I would not have wanted to stay longer.

This is a lovely little place- lots of light, close to the beach, but secluded from neighbors. It felt cozy and relaxing. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only downsides were a few spiders and moths, and little space to store food other than the fridge.

House has everything you need and a quick walk to beautiful beach! Many beds kept us all comfortable ? thank you for a great wknd with family and friends!

This adorable cottage was such an easy walk to the beach! We loved all the rooms in the house, having 4 bedrooms was nice, plenty of sleeping options for everyone. The 2 living rooms surrounding the kitchen were very comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out in them. Plenty of towels were provided (even beach towels) and we arrived to a very clean house. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house near the beach and a nice place to use for day trips to other Cape Cod places. Plenty of towels, etc. and there are plenty of fans - which is nice because there is no AC. Neighborhood is very quiet. But… it had cockroaches and dirty dishes.

Great location with roughly a ten minute walk to a private beach. The house is small but charming and comfortably fits eight people. The house also had all the amenities you would need, such as extra beach towels, kitchen utensils, fans, and more. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher and the house only has one bathroom, but both issues are manageable. Overall I would highly recommend this property!
