Fantastic Coastal Getaway, Open Floor Plan, Steps Away From Beach, Fireplace, BBQ, Ocean Views

Beautiful location.

Late check in time at 5 pm and early check out at 10 AM. Will charge you extra to change the times when you are already paying premium prices to stay. I tried to shift my reservation and was unable to do so. Granted, it is non-refundable but often in an emergency you are given the grace to at least adjust dates.

This was our 2nd time staying at the as house and 4th time staying in this neighborhood. We love this house and how convenient it is to the beach and to Depoe Bay and Lincoln City. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and didn't want to leave.

The place turned out to be absolutely great. However, it was New Year’s, and no one had been in the place for a week and they hadn’t turned the heat on. every surface was absolutely frozen. it took hours to get the house warm. Unfortunately, they didn’t really believe us at first. it took a lot of nagging to get heaters to be brought in and for them to realize that we were serious. They ended up compensating us and once the place got warm it was absolutely delightful. But it was a rocky start. The heat source on the main floor is just the fireplace. The bedrooms have individual heaters and the one in the bedroom didn’t work! They came and fixed. Brought us heaters and finally it was warm. And then the rest of the time was great. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. If it’s winter, just ask to make sure the heat is turned on before arrival!

This was our second time staying at this property with our grandkids. They requested we stay here because they loved the house and location...as well as my husband & I! House has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Nice kitchen and appliances available to make it homey. And let's not forget the beach access and view. Will be back again soon!

Our family was absolutely enchanted by this cozy, beautiful home just steps from the breathtaking, surprisingly uncrowded beach. Such charming access to the beach with a landscaped winding brick path and stairs to the sand. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet with walkable streets and a wonderful corner coffee shop & crêpery for delicious morning breakfasts. The house was clean, sweetly decorated, the kitchen well-stocked, and the Captain's room up the spiral staircase at the very top story with a 360 degree view was a big hit with my 14 year old son who claimed that bed as his own. The rental company was quickly responsive and helpful when we had questions, and we absolutely hope to stay here again one day. Amazing coastal getaway!

Costa Bella always charms! I hesitate to review because I don't want too many folks discovering this gem on the Oregon Coast!

My husband and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the use of the house very much. This was our 2nd house we've stayed in this neighborhood and we love the accessibility of everything.

Bella Beach is a charming residential community with easy beach access. This home was perfect for our group of three adults. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and promptly dealt with minor issues with the television and wifi.

Surpassed our expectations on accommodation & service! The property is well maintained, the Community is Beautiful, and management company is on top of it! The home is well stocked and beautifully & comfortably furnished! Definitely the best experience we have had. Even the grandkids were impressed and wanting to make sure we would book again❤️ Oh and the beach…breathtaking 🥰

Very clean.Everything was just as described.

The house was clean, and perfect for our family group of 6. The kids loved the spiral staircase and view of the ocean and was beautiful to watch the sunset on the horizon on my mom’s bday. The beach is only a few minutes to walk down to and plenty of parking space. Plan to make it an annual trip.

3 sisters spent 4 lovely days at Costa Bella. It is a 3 story home with lots of stairs. The home was well cared for and so very comfortable with ample amenities. Amazing beach views and easy access. We particularly enjoyed dining on the deck. Bella Beach is a delightful little community—homes and landscape so well planned for privacy and beach beauty.

Great house, short walk to beach, fantastic view, cozy!

The good: The location is amazing. The ocean is steps away, and like mentioned before, there are lots of steps in the property and to get the ocean but we didn't find it difficult. The views from the property were great and we enjoyed the outdoor seating on two different levels of the house. The garage was spacious and there was plenty of room in the property to spread out. We ate most of our meals at the rental and the kitchen was pretty-well stocked although we could have used another cookie sheet and a toaster (our toast loving teens had never used a toaster over).Our family of four stayed three nights and check-in was easy. The bad (we handled on our own because of timing): The king size bed had dirty sheets. A quarter size brown spot was on the bottom sheet 1/3 down from the top when bed was turned down the first night. It was already late but we didn't go to bed until the linens were washed and dried. Luckily, the spot came out but that also confirmed the sheets were dirty. One bathroom had several dead bugs on the floor and also had several roughly 5mm size brown spots on the shower walls that wiped off with a clorox wipe. Lastly, the corner nook off the living room with the bed was one of my teen's favorite places. She unfortunately gave it up after a third spider (looked like the common giant house spider) crawled on her while sitting on the bed. I would definitely stay in this area again but likely in a property run by a bigger company.

Wonderful vacation retreat and I will be back next year!

We loved the quiet neighborhood, the proximity to the beach and the house. I’d love to stay here again. A lot of stair climbing which was fine for us, but doesn’t work for everyone!

We were delighted to find this property, located so close to one of our favorite Oregon beaches (Fogarty Creek) where my 10yo loves to play and climb rocks. The home is in a lovely pocket community that is quiet and not too crowded. With access to a private beach just steps away, we were also able to enjoy sunset strolls and stunning views. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
