Fantastic Beach House! 4 bedroom across the Ocean.

I liked how big the house was and comfort, lots of bathrooms. It was well equipped with everything that you would need.

My family had fun.

Perfect location for our annual Memorial Day weekend family get away. House was very clean and well appointed. Richard is an attentive host.

This is a great property within easy walking distance of shops and Forbes Restaurant. The house has great space for family use.

The house was gorgeous. My bed was comfortable. Could've used more quilts, but that's just my personal preference. I would've brought my own if I would've had room in my luggage. :) Access to the beach was literally across the street. I would definitely stay again. Richard is a very laid back host, which I love, that being said, I messaged him about the internet being out on Wed morning (we couldn't watch tv) and he never answered me back. The next day the tv was back to working. I felt like some kind of reply would've been nice. My other issue, was neither of the ceiling fans worked in the livingroom and diningroom. It felt stuffy to me but my 2 companions were comfortable. I did not bother Richard with that. All in all, I LOVED it. It was a great birthday week. Thank you Richard.

Our host sent us all necessary information in a timely manner and even allowed us to check in an hour early. The home was beautiful with an open concept and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee station was nice. TheChristmas tree was an added touch that made it so welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious and 2 1/2 bathrooms were perfect. Having the garage was great, especially because it snowed while we were there. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful Sisters getaway! The house was bright and cheerful. We appreciated the stocked spices, plentiful dishes, and enough TP. Our rooms were comfortable. The location was great to cross the street and take early morning walks on the beach, and to enjoy the sunrise. Our only quirk was the lights over the island flickered and lack of shower soap. Overall, we had a relaxing time playing Mexican Train Dominoes, cooking breakfast and dinners, exploring the area and more. Thank you for a fun getaway place to share.

The home was wonderful and communication was flawless. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our stay so much!

This pet friendly house was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and then gather together. It had a peekaboo view of the ocean from the deck and public access to the ocean right across the street.

Space worked well for us. We loved proximity to beach. First floor living area spacious and open, even though furniture was tired. Not so good things: Towels were few in number, small and threadbare. TV with no live TV and no instructions for use of 3 provided remotes. Garage was a great feature since little parking space outside. We found remote door openers on our last day - a book of instructions would be helpful. Basement bathroom toilet did not seem to flush completely. Nice 2nd floor deck - had gas fireplace that looked defective and here were no instructions for use. We had beautiful weather and are familiar with the area, so was a great getaway.

Great house! Very clean and super close to the beach

Another wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was our 5th year and it feels like home away from home. The fire pit on the deck listening to the waves, the ice cream truck jingle twice a day, body surfing and making sand castles, the nearby arcade and shops, Forbes, the Love Shack and Rollover Cafe just a short walk away for great food, Congdon’s for donuts, comfortable beds…just a few of the many memories we leave behind after two weeks each year. Already looking forward to next summer!! Thank you Richard and Tim for addressing anything that comes up!!

Check in directions are clear and concise. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, dishes, cutlery and a stocked spice cabinet.

Beautiful home! Great location!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two adult children, their spouses, and our three young grandchildren (5 months, 1.5 years, and 4 years). The property worked out very well for our group. It was very clean when we arrived (a very high priority for me), and we loved the location. The walk to the beach is 1-2 minutes, and it's a short walk for the small commercial area that includes a playground, coffee shops, snack bar, and ice cream (and a couple of stores). I hope to return again!

This was such a lovely home and perfect for my family. The home was well stocked with everything you would need. The location was directly across from the beach access. Beach shops and restaurants were in walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful, spacious and well equipped home with the best of everything in it. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, including long walks on the sandy beach just across the street. We would love to come again when the weather is warmer.

everything was great. lots of towels, well stocked kitchen. the owner was very quick to reply with any questions asked. we had a wonderful time with no complaints.

This home is beautiful. Well appointed with anything you need. Comfortable and perfect. Was there to honor the memory of my Aunt and Uncle on the anniversary of her passing. Being able to walk across the road with my pup, who joined us, and 2 minute walk up the beach to my bench was priceless. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed our coffee looking at the ocean. Absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend!! Hope to go back again. Soon..

Great location, short walk across the street to Wells Beach. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable. Lovely gas fireplace . It was rainy and chilly the five days we were there so we enjoyed hanging out around the fire. Great walks on the beach and totally enjoyed exploring the area. We are dear college friends who enjoyed every minute in this great rental.

House is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few steps across the street to the ocean. Grocery store and restaurants minutes away Billy‘s Chowder House very friendly staff great food. House had everything you need without being overly cluttered like some rental places can be.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The showers had plenty of hot water, and the modern appliances were easy to use. Everything we needed was available in the house, making our stay even more enjoyable.The location was fantastic—just 54 steps from the sea, right across the street! The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 generation family getaway! The house was immaculate, had a well stocked kitchen, close beach access and the attached garage parking was especially nice in the winter!

This house truly is a special little gem. We traveled here during the winter months and were so thankful for the little winter escape. Great lay out for families, very clean, and had a nice view of the ocean from the kitchen. Can’t beat the location.. just steps away from the beach! We definitely will be back!

House was very clean and cozy! Nice beach feel. We had snow during our stay and snow removal was handled the next morning. I would love to stay there during the summer to enjoy the closeness to the beach. We picked the coldest week but the house was nice and toasty. The gas fireplace added a nice touch.

Great location.....so close to the ocean! The property was clean and in good condition. I have to tell the owners how much we appreciated how well stocked the house was.....so nice not having to immediately go out and buy paper towers, toilet paper etc. Thank you!

We loved the house and the neighborhood until checkout day when they began demolishing the cottage next door. As we were loading our cars, the airborne remnants of the insulation from the destruction next door floated all over our belongings, our cars, and into our hosts garage.

Such a wonderful, spacious three story home! The outside deck/porch is worth spending many lovely hours listening to the crashing ocean however this home is perfectly located only a few hundred feet from the ocean shore so it is a pleasure to get to the sand in only a few minutes. Everything one might need to call it home is here including kitchen utensils, pots and pans, nothing more was needed for us. The washer and drier are upscale and the two and half bathrooms were updated nicely. We had the best vacation at this home and would love to come again. October 23, 2024, Jay and Alicia Diedreck

Beautiful spacious home just across the street from the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. The only negative was it is located very close to the street. so if you are traveling with pets you need to make sure they don’t run out into the street.

This was the perfect house for our little family getaway. It was a pleasure having the beach right within walking distance. And we spent many afternoons on the deck.

The location of the property to the beach is the best perk. The house itself is cozy and host made it more special because he accommodating. The beach is just a few feet away from the house. As soon as you step foot on the beach, the wave is already pointing at you to come and play. It’ll be one of the best time of your life for sure. The right house for the the right fun at the beach.

Lots of room. Plenty of beds. Right across the street from the beach. Nice patio, with an awning. Absolutely wonderful. Richard was great. We had a fantastic annual trip.
