• 3rd bedroom is located off of the garage and has a queen bed and trundle bed with 2 twins along with a flat screen tv. Please note: you must walk through the garage to access this bedroom and bathrooms are all located in the main home area. 
• Newly remodeled kitchen is beautifully finished with great appliances and fully stocked to prepare gourmet meals.
• 2 Large flat screen TV’s and wireless internet is included.
• Propane BBQ in backyard for guest use
• 1 car garage and the driveway can accommodate 2 large vehicles.
• Full size washer and dryer for guest use in the garage

No Smoking.
This home can accept 2 small dogs (under 20lbs) or 1 medium dog (60lbs max). Nightly pet fees, per pet, apply and must abide by our pet policy.

Morro Bay is one of California’s great Central Coast communities The area has become famous for its beautiful state parks, bird estuary’s, and the distinct Morro Rock. Tourists and locals both enjoy a variety of activities in the area, including fishing, surfing, kayaking, golfing, bird watching, beachcombing, or just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Besides the nature and recreation of Estero Bay, there are also fine restaurants, and unique shops. Morro Bay, the largest of the three cities, is at the heart of Estero Bay. Morro Rock, the last in a chain of long-extinct volcanoes, covers over 50 acres at its base and towers 576 feet above the entrance to Morro Bay. The waters that make up the bay are contained within a three-mile sandpit and the shores of Morro Bay and Los Osos. The local fishing industry is one of the most important along the California Coast. On the Embarcadero, you can shop, walk to Tidelands Park and play on the pirate ship, or simply sit and watch as the boats make their way to sea.

    The communication was excellent, before and during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to prepare a meal. The beds were comfortable and we loved the master suite shower. We appreciated the washer and dryer, as well as the Culligan filtered water separate faucet.There was enough paper products, kitchen, laundry and hand soaps for our stay.We were very happy with this rental!

    The property was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Nice grassy front yard and the patio in back has beautiful plants that attracted butterflies and hummingbirds. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet.We would definitely rent again.

    I absolutely loved being able to hear the ocean from the house and it was an easy 3-4 minute walk to a boardwalk/walking path on the beach.

    Host were great. Home was very lovely with an enchanted garden. Didn’t realize there was s garage with driveway to park on. Tried finagling with these old rolling fences on the other side, trying to park our cars there before realizing the driveway on the other side

    I’m almost cautious to brag on this place too much, because I want to rent it myself in the future! Seriously though, this place is special and we will be back. The amenities, the proximity to the beach, and the way it is managed to all make it such a neat place to stay.

    This home is ideally located on the ocean side of Hwy 1 in Morro Bay. Positioned only a block from the beach and the dog park, you have access to water as well as a place to walk your dog. But be aware, dogs are not allowed on Morro beaches, which is a bit disappointing. That said, Cayucos is welcoming to dogs, and it's just a short drive away. This home is very nice, and the yard is fully fenced in for your dogs. It's also a very nicely equipped kitchen with 3 bedrooms, yet the home is fairly tight living. Ideal for 1 to 2 people but would be a bit crowded for more than 2. The 3rd bedroom is an ADU attached to through the garage. We didn't use it but it's a very nice room.

    This older yet redone home was comfortable for all 6 of us. The room off the garage seemed odd at first but actually worked out well as the kids could have their space and watch TV out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Good access to the beach and the bike trails and park for the kids.
