LOVE THE PROPERTY AND THE HOST! Absolutely wonderful. Not enough starts to express our feelings of everything!

The house was a bit older than it appeared in the photos, but overall it was comfortable and made for a pleasant stay. The host was extremely communicative and responsive, which really enhanced the experience. We had everything we needed for our soccer tournament week

We rented this home so we had a comfortable environment to host a pre-wedding family dinner. It met our objective. The dining areas, kitchen and outside worked well. The only negative was the condition of some of the areas. The kitchen is getting worn as is the game room.

We stayed here for spring break with our kids and were disappointed with several issues. The pool was very dirty upon arrival and the filter was not working. The hosts initially told us it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day, even though it was clearly an existing issue. After going back and forth, someone came out, but the pool wasn’t usable until around 8pm, which really disappointed our kids.Throughout the stay, the hosts kept turning the pool on and off outside of the stated hours, and we had to contact them multiple times to have it turned on when it should have already been running.The grill was also difficult to use, the directions were not helpful, and there was leftover trash from previous guests next to it.Overall, the lack of maintenance and inconsistent communication made this stay frustrating, especially for a family trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home, we had everything we needed during our stay and the hosts were very responsive! The home was very clean and well maintained; we loved the pool and the back yard. We would definitely stay again!

It’s a beautiful property and we loved our stay! I would recommend this to everyone! Very clean and loved that they had Kleenex on hand! The only thing we didn’t notice is after the pool cleaning was done, he left a small note saying don’t swim for 24hrs. It was our last night there and didn’t see this note until after we got out of the pool. Wish the pool cleaner could have held off one day. Otherwise it was perfect!

Family visit - great pool for all ages. Easy to monitor little ones but also relaxing for adults. Clean house, easy communication with hosts, plenty of room to spread out. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

The House and decor was beautiful and very clean as listed! Towels and other items were easily accessible. Owner responses were timely as well. It would be nice if there was a tv in every room instead of just the main living space in area but other than that we had a blast!

The house had all of the comforts of home and then some. It was extremely clean and lots of living space. The bonus room to play games and play pool was an added bonus. The backyard was lovely with its beautiful pool and barbecue area. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Great area too… close to The Colony and Top Golf. Highly recommend!

My family had a great time staying in this home. The only complaint I have is that we had to pay extra each day to heat the spa/pool. I assumed it was already in the cost because it says heated in the headline of the property. Other than that it was perfect. Great neighborhood and very clean.

From an hour away Stayed to be close to many opportunities in Frisco and rest Pool nice and refreshing in May WiFi problems to start post storm but resolved in a timely manner Two bathrooms would make it a little tough to have more than 5-6 people despite beds for 12!Quiet neighborhood Frisco Roughriders, PopStroke, Andretti Go Karts, golf, and don’t miss Hutchins BBQ or the AMAZING putting greens at the new PGA facility 15”away. Bring your putter !!

All you need for a comfortable stay. We are a family of 6 and enjoyed the house, games room and pool.

First time with this host and it was a perfect experience. I just wish the stay was longer. We’ll be back soon! Very clean and well equipped rental. Place is equipped with entertainment and detainment areas within and outside the house.

Had a fantastic time in the area! Great proximity to plenty of fun and good food. This was our second time with this host, and as perfect as the first. Check in and out was very smooth. Will definitely use again when in the area.

Perfect house for our weekend stay!!!

We came to the area for a medical appointment and needed a dog friendly comfortable place to stay. The house is very nice and in great area with tons of restaurants but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We did not have time to use the pool or BBQ but they looked fantastic! I highly recommend this home.

Host was very accommodating and answered quickly. Had a great time. House was exactly as described. Spent time visiting with family.

We stayed here to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was a great meeting spot for our family and had the perfect setup. With the bunk room, the game room, pool and spa, there was plenty to do and for everyone to sleep. Location was also great, close to amenities and easy to get around. We also brought our small Maltese and it was a great setup for pets. Great decor, clean, and they made check in/out and communication easy! Overall superior stay!

This Spacious Frisco home on a quiet neighborhood street has a great location, close to the Stonebriar Center, which includes an AMC theatre and a big selection of stores and restaurants. We were happy that we were also close to the Star in Frisco and got to see the Christmas Extravaganza at the Ford Center.

Nice neighborhood, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone, kids enjoyed the game room.
