We had the best time in this roomy and beautiful home for so many people!!! The host was very gracious and responded to every question promptly!! Thank you for everything!!!

Our family included ages 80 years to 18. These were the wonderful things about our experience that family members mentioned:The house was right on the lake with kayaks, safety jackets, loads of different types of chairs, beach towels and so much more! The majority of the bedrooms have windows positioned so you can look right out on the lake—so beautiful, especially when we woke up in the morning.The house has its own dock from which we fished. We did catch fish! Catch and release but very exciting!We used Marcos Pizza and Amici’s for Door Dash and thought the food was delicious. We also made our own pasta one night and the marble countertops were perfect for it. The house and neighborhood are blissfully quiet!The men loved having so many large screen TVsso they could watch basketball. Both living rooms were perfect for family gatherings- very spacious with lots of light.If you forgot anything shopping was just a ten minute drive.There was plenty of everything- towels, cookware, you name it. We really appreciated having two refrigerators and two dishwashers.Sully answered our calls immediately and was very helpful!The game area has a terrific pool table which got a nonstop workout.We were amazed at how quiet the house was. Late sleepers loved it because you really could not hear the early birders at all!This was an amazing experience. Thank you Sully!

Property floor plan outstanding and easily accommodated my group. Observations: Downstairs flooring needs deep cleaning, minor patch and painting needed along downstairs windows in dining and family room. Kitchen stairway, master bedroom closet carpet need deep cleaning and/or replacement. Master bathroom cold water faucet near toilet leaks at base. Outside patio cushions are weathered and should be replaced. Possible squirrel nest along master bedroom deck.

I had 15 ladies with me and everyone was complimentary of the cleanliness of the house, with comfy beds, pillows and great linens. We noticed the quality of towels & sheets. The kitchen is well stocked. Wish I had reached out about the kitchen fireplace. Nevertheless we had a great time.

Silly was great in responding quickly! Everything was just as wonderful as the year before!

The lake view was awesome ! Lots of space. Cooks in the family loved the kitchen .Beds , so comfortable … excellent sleep each night . Look forward to another stay at this property. Beautiful memories made !!Entrance was a lovely with the plants and light

perfect spot for huge group. We used the Kayaks, paddle boards pretty much all day ... beautiful lake!!

This was the perfect place to get the family together for our reunion! Plenty of space for everyone and lots of things to do. The property is close to grocery stores, golfing, and many different activities for everyone to enjoy. Michael was very communicative and the entire stay was easy and fun for everyone!

We had considerable issues with this rental. Multiple things were, at minimum, not as advertised. We would have overpaid at half the price. Here is a shortened version of all the issues we had Ant infestation from day 1 in bunk beds bedroom Fan on upstairs patio by bedroom 3-4 not working. Cobwebs and spiders on deck chairs, everywhere on dock Back patio dirty and should be set up with cushions etc. Hot tub very dirty and unusable. Condom wrapper out. Chair by pool table broken. Ice machine didn't work. Refrigerators intermittently broke down, spoiling our food. We had to keep moving stuff. Extra beds (futons and twins) were not adequate or aptly described. Pee stain on twin mattress Grills extremely dirty and grease traps overflowing. Spray for bugs so people can sit outside. Dock cleat broken Exposed nails and screws on dock Ping pong net was brokenHammock was destroyed Fire pit broken Floors were disgusting Outdoor lounge area soiled No shower mat poor drainage in upstairs shower extreme slip hazard TVs in multiple bedrooms don’t turn onJacuzzi unusable Dock cleats missing (unsafe trip hazard) Dock upper deck inaccessible Gym equipment shoddy/unsafe with a bolt instead of actual pin to hold weights - weight would fall off mid rep, making it dangerous Pool table missing balls1 clothes Dryer unusable, washing machine has issues (an hour load took four hours)Light had missing bulbs with wires out, safety issue

We had a great time overall, especially thanks to the amazing kitchen and great room. Tons of space for cooking, gathering, and relaxing together. The access to paddleboards and kayaks made the trip, and we really appreciated having a private dock for easy water access (though it wasn’t clear whether the upper level of the dock was safe to use; some signage or guidance would be helpful).There were a few areas that didn’t meet expectations. The grills weren’t ready for use, and the hot tub wasn’t clean, so we didn’t end up using it. The bunk room was much smaller than pictured, and the twin beds in the larger rooms weren’t suitable for adults (maybe suitable for kids).Overall, the home worked well for our group, especially with the beautiful common areas and lake access, but a few maintenance and accuracy updates could make this place even better.

Our Ladies enjoyed the Home so much! We enjoyed being all together for meals and our times of sharing. It is big and spacious. We enjoyed meeting together, playing games and of course the beautiful Lake Norman. Thank you for sharing your home with us.We will be Back!!

This property looked great online and it lived up to the listing. We've stayed in others that did not have everything listed or didn't live up to the pictures. What you see is what you get with this listing and we were very satisfied. We had a large group but it never felt crowded and kayaking on the lake is a must!

Hosted my side of the family (23 adults) at this property. We had to be at a rehearsal at 4pm on check in day and owner was kind enough to let us check in early so we could get ready. Property is panoramic... it literally hugs Lake Norman! We all loved it. Lots of cards were played, laughs were shared, and great memories were made. -Tim

Do yourself a favor and rent this house. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to come back in the summer and stay in this house again!

Overall the property is very nice. Due to the time of year we didn't have the opportunity to use the lake or really even go outdoors with the exception of a few brave souls. The property was plenty spacious and suited our crowd of 26. The kitchen cabinets are in need of repair and the wood floors are worn. This is a rental however and wear and tear is expected. Overall we could see renting this property again in the future.

The house was exactly as it is advertised. Even though we had a few challenges, Sully was quick to help remedy them. The view is absolutely gorgeous. My family of 15 was able to stay there comfortably. The only wish was that more of the rooms had the bathroom connected. However, that didn’t takeaway from our stay. The new furniture in the downstairs sitting area was a bonus. We would recommend the same for the upstairs.

The sunrises are miraculous on their dock. The home was spectacular!

My friends and I rented this house for a wedding absolutely loved it! Beautiful house right on the lake. Very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a large group. Sully was also very responsive and easy to work with!

I could not say enough about this home for a group stay! We were here for our annual women’s retreat and there was enough space for group meetings and small groups. There was plenty to keep us busy with the hot tub, the lake, and nearby shopping. It was clean and relaxing. The owner was great and responded so quickly to all our questions. He’s the best! I could not recommend this place enough!!!

The men at my church stayed at this property and had a great time. They had a lot of stuff to do indoors and outdoors. We will probably book this again next year!

Had to pivot from our home in Asheville for a family reunion due to Hurricane Helene and Sully could not have more responsive and accommodating. The house had more than enough space for the 13 of us. Great location on the lake with lots of outside space! FYI bathrooms are located in obscure places in the house creating awkward sharing between couples but we made it work! Kitchen was fabulous with double appliances making cooking and cleanup easy and efficient. Only disappointment was that we didn’t have a whole week there!! Will definitely go back if we need a big house in thr future!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this huge and inviting house. They is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The dock in the backyard will easily accommodate all of your watercraft. The location is ideal.
