Family Vacation Dream! Firepit, Outdoor Kitchen & Central AC

Great two weeks on the Cape. The house was terrific and met all our expectations.

The house had literally everything we could have needed. Lots of space for us to chill after hitting the bayside beaches (10 minute drive). Perfect location, as we like to hit Chatham, Orleans, Brewster & Harwich for eats and shopping.

Just a wonderful house! Close to everything. With a great back yard for the kids. The owner was especially nice, offering us an extra day because the weather was poor. Great experience!

Beautiful, well appointed home in Orleans for a great stay on Cape Cod. The swing set was an amazing perk for families with young children. Outdoor living space and shower were great additions.

WOW! This property was beautiful and so family-friendly! The house is spacious and updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed (even specialty cooking tools, etc.) Bunk beds for the kids were just right. Patio with a grill and fire pit.... heavenly! And even a yard space where our boys played baseball. Michael had everything ready for us at check-in, and the location couldn't have been better. So many sights and beaches within a short drive. It felt like a family home, very warm and welcoming. I can't recommend this property enough!

Clean, well stocked home perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space both inside and outside and the kids loved the backyard with lots of room to play games and enjoy the play set. Great location makes it easy to get to beaches, restaurants, and shops in Orleans, Harwich and Chatham. On a main road but the house is set back from the road with lots of trees and a semi circular driveway. Communication with the owner was excellent and he provided lots of info about the house, area, etc before we arrived. We had an great week at this home!

Upon arrival, the owner, Michael, had a welcome basket w/wine, beach toys etc., and a personalized note. What a nice touch! The home is beautiful, clean and has a great layout. The backyard is wonderful. Huge yard, plenty of seating, great grill station and gas fire pit to around. The property location is perfect, a short drive to Chatham and a short drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cape Cod. Michael is a wonderful host.

Impressive open floor plan and the best back yard of any property we’ve stayed at on Cape Cod! Located in between Orleans and Chatham with easy access to Skaket and Nauset, our two favorite beaches, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The property was clean, modern and had many household amenities not found in all properties. The owner was very easy to contact and responsive and check in was simple. Would highly recommend!

Terrific house for a family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is the best. Has a nice big gas fire pit to enjoy and a swing set for the little ones. Michael was very responsive to any question that I had. Can’t wait to return.

This was a great property in a fantastic Cape location. The house is much bigger than it appears. It was extremely clean and inviting and well-stocked. The backyard is a plus with a large seating area and big grill. Orleans is a great central location to all great things on the Cape. Michael was a great responsive host!
