Family-sized villa- 5 mins from secluded beach! 10 mins from city centre!

Fantastic place to stay! Well organized and easy to access. The recommendation for a Taxi driver familiar with the property made getting there much more convenient.

We had a quick one night stay, but would definitely recommend. The secluded beach is so beautiful. Definitely coming back to explore more.

We loved our trip to Tortola and we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with its amazing view of Rogue’s Bay. This house was very clean, inviting and well equipped to meet our needs. Only thing I did not realize was that it was not fully air conditioned, however this is not unusual in the islands. We were able to open all doors in the living area to create a nice breeze. Only recommendation I would make for the owner is to provide Beach Chairs for their guests to utilize. Otherwise wonderful rental and enjoyed our stay!!

The property is still under construction, so I can understand how some parties would take issue with it. We only stayed for one night, so it didn’t really bother us. The location is a bit remote, but not too hard to find once you get used to driving around Tortola.

Home is newly built & well stocked with comfortable beds and every bedroom has its own full bathroom. Great coffee bar & maker. Nice outdoor grill and seating areas with multiple balconies. We would stay here again. Quiet neighborhood central to everything. Very responsive property manager.

Fabulous home to gather the family members before the charter. Villa is as advertised, actually feels bigger. Roger is very attentive and always willing to help. Address is tough so I recommend using drivers/vendors familiar with the property. Amazing views and the beach down below was worth the walk. Especially if you have a car to drive down. We made the walk and it was a great workout for all involved. Would def consider returning.

Roger was terrific very helpful with advice about dinner spots, shopping and taxi drivers. House was very comfortable and gorgeous view. Five stars!

We got into Tortolla a day before hopping on our Catamaran trip, and stayed the night. There were 6 of us. Roger was so quick to answer any questions and offer advice… very accommodating! He arranged driver to pick us up at the airport, stop at a grocery and bring us to the place, who then was able to take us out to dinner later that evening. And then we did have that driver pick us up and drive us to the marina the next day. The views are stunning. The beds were very comfortable. We all had our own rooms with our own bathrooms. We enjoyed the air-conditioning in our bedrooms and loved the coffee bar so we did not have to worry about bringing coffee or cream or sugar, etc. Thanks Roger we would definitely recommend it to anybody.

Home is a few miles away from the busy areas of Tortilla with privacy and an unbeatable view above Rouge Bay and just around the corner from Trunk Bay. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and treats. We loved the views for our evening drinks and morning coffee. Host was over the top helpful with recommendations for outings and restaurant suggestions. Home is finished very nicely and beds were quite comfortable. We stayed here for a week and hated to leave. Highly recommend!
