Great host!

This is our third time staying here and we have enjoyed this property. Lots of kitchen space and the kitchen is well equipped.

We had such a great time @ Beaver Lodge!

Excellent space for our family reunion.

House was set up well for our family reunion that consisted of multiple families. Kids loved the pool, the covered basketball court, and the yard was great for games and gathering. Large kitchen with lots of prep space, seating area. Nice deck with lots of space to gather and with views of the backyard below. Less than 10 minutes from town in case you need to get supplies, groceries, etc. Easy check in process and very responsive property manager.

This is a lovely lodge and was a good fit for our family. The thing that was confusing is that 2 of the bedrooms were above the pavilion by the pool which is quite a distance from the main lodge. We weren't quite prepared for that but made it work. We loved the pool and areas for recreation and the kitchen was great.

We have stayed at Beaver Mountain Lodge several times for our family reunion. Everyone loves the facilities and all the activities available. Dillon, the property manager, answered our calls and questions in a timely manner.

Stayed at this house for a family reunion that was about 56 people ranging from young kids to adults.Property manager was great. Super nice. Had to contact them once. Responded quickly and was helpful. The trash pickup didn't happen when it should have (no fault of theirs) and they were great to keep us informed on that matter. I had not even noticed before they took care of it.House was great. It is exactly as pictured. So no surprises. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Even more than I had expected. The kitchen was perfect for serving large groups fast. I loved that there was plenty of gathering areas without feeling like you were all on top of each other. I really liked that we were on such a big property off by ourselves but you are not so far off by yourself that you can't get to anything. Pool was a big hit. There was plenty for the family to do. We ended up not venturing out a lot becaues the family enjoyed the things the property had to offer.The check out procedure was pretty standard for a vbro.A really great stay. The town was super friendly. A nice town where everybody seemed to wave to everybody.

Beautiful place. Lots of activities

I’ve been here a few times now and it is very spacious and has everything you need stocked In the kitchen!

We spent the week of New Years at this amazing property. The house has so much space for everyone to be in an area but yet still feel connected. The kitchen was stocked well with the needed supplies for cooking. Our married kids loved having bunk beds in the spacious rooms along with in suite bathrooms. We had an incredible time and will definitely be back to enjoy again.

This was our second year at this property and overall we enjoyed our stay both times. My girls who are house cleaners noted that the Heat/AC vents in the ceiling were filthy and a few of the bathrooms were not as clean as expected. Also there was an issue with the heating and after texting both provided numbers we received a partial answer but it took a while and it was never resolved. They never texted me back after I told them I resolved part of the problem.

We loved this property. We stayed with a group of 25 family members, and there was plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make and serve our meals. There were activities of all kinds available for the wide range of ages in our group, and everyone had a great time. I highly recommended this house and property

Awesome place! Family friendly!

Great home to host our very large family! Loved that every bedroom had an attached bathroom and there was plenty of entertainment options. Bits of the home do need updating but it’s fair for being an nightly rental with heavy traffic. Overall it was an excellent place

This home fit our family group of about 40 people! Plenty of seating in the main area. Lots of chairs and tables to dine at. Lots of space in the home. House was kept very cool. Outdoor lights were strong and useful! Backyard was big and grassy. House had more tables and chairs in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We liked the big fridge in the kitchen and the garage. House manager was kind and easy to get ahold of. Pavilion area was amazing! Great outdoor lighting! Nice area to play pickleball and basketball. Kids enjoyed the playground. We used the field area quite a bit. The pool was nice and clean everyday and perfect temperature. Pavilion had more rooms and a decent size kitchen (huge fridge). It also had outdoor showers and bathrooms. The game room was another fun place to hang out at. The older kids enjoyed that room a lot. Some things we didn’t like so much was the bathroom & shower situation upstairs. There were 3 bedrooms upstairs 4 including the bonus room that basically had to share the master bathroom & shower. There was another half bath upstairs but no shower. So we felt that was awkward. The basement was ideal because each room had a bathroom shower and a closet which was amazing.The master bathroom door didn’t lock properly so it made it a bit more awkward to use. And then lastly we were bummed out we couldn’t use the fire pit which we didn’t learn until we arrived. Amazing place! Would most definitely come back!

The layout worked mostly well. Huge kitchen great to cook in for 40 plus people . There were broken and damaged things from other people's hard use. Id like to suggest a few small things that could be very helpful.

The location was fabulous, the isolation, the pool, the pickleball court were the best for a family group. The decks on the house are so nice and big, having so much seating area to eat in the kitchen was great for our group. The house has so many little spots to hang out, everyone can feel comfortable. The house has a little more wear than the pictures depict. The sheets and towels are ready for an upgrade.

This is an amazing property with entertainment for all ages. Great for family reunions.
