Family Retreat w/ Dual Masters - Screened Pool, Media Game Room & Beach 6 Miles

Very peaceful area and pretty much all that you wanted with in a decent distance and the property is very well maintained and cozy with all the amenities that you would be looking for with every age of child to enjoy along with the pool. Great establishment.

This place has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Pool area was beautiful with a lot ot seating and entertainment options. Rooms were spacious.

Excellent stay. Gary was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions. Very comfortable and had everything we needed (could add a cookie sheet to kitchen). Everyone enjoyed the pool, ping pong and pool tables. The house was close to shopping, beach and other activities. Would definitely stay there again.

House had everything we needed for a short pre cruise stay and is set up very well for multi generational families traveling together. Plenty to do and plenty of room to spread out.

I had high expectations for this property and they were exceeded. This property was amazing! The house was clean, updated, and extremely well maintained. I highly recommend this property for family stays or an adults only retreat.

We spent 3 weeks and had no issues. The house was everything we expected and more. It was well stocked and had plenty of room for everyone. Enclosed heated pool and outdoor TV were awesome. This is where we spent most of our time. Media game room was an added bonus and enjoyed by all. The house is close to plenty of grocery stores. Our host Gary was friendly, helpful and very responsive. He was a great host. We definitely will be booking again.

Gary was awesome! This property was beautiful and easy access to everything! We came for the FL/Miami game.

Definite areas of disrepair or poor repair. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The kitchen is supplied with pans that are well past their lifespan, so we purchased an electric skillet to cook with. On the plus side, it was definitely large enough for 3 families, with a total of 9 people to have space and not feel crowded. Just understand that the property is not as well kept as the photos show.

My family and i stayed here for a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean and spacious. This property has everything and then more. The outside pool area was where we spent most of our time but tje family tv room and pool table was a very nice bonus ss well. Check in and check out was super easy and the owners were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

The home was very well located. We loved that the home was spaced out well so we all were able to have our own space. My kids practically lived in the pool the whole time. Outside area was very nice! Definitely recommend!

We loved staying here!!! There were 9 of us total. Only a few complaints. The front bed room that has two beds stayed very warm even at night time. We know it’s hard to cool homes with this heat but it seems that was the only room that struggled to keep up. Also, the bedding in the room with the three beds were uncomfortable and didn’t feel sturdy. Our friends that stayed in that room didn’t love the mattress. Other than that everything was great! The game room was amazing! The pool was awesome!!! Loved that there is a washer and dryer and an office!!! The master beds were great, however you must be very carful in the black tile bathroom, our friends almost feel a few times due to it being so slick! Plenty of kitchen items to use as well!

Gary was excellent about communicating and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was in great shape with nice sized living room, an excellent game room, and fantastic outdoor turf area around the pool. Everything was clean and there was plenty of things to do in the house, as well as it being in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great home in a convenient location to Hollywood Beach, Dania and surrounding areas. Home is very spacious with lots of in home entertainment (pool, billiards, ping pong, etc.).

The house is perfect for an active family. Lots to do both inside and out. The online description and photos were accurate. The house also had a lot of accessories for the beach which was a huge plus. And the big beach towels were so nice have. (Hollywood beach is one of our favorite beaches.) All questions and issues we had were addressed promptly. It truly was a home away from home.

We choose this property for the “fun” pool, ping pong table, foosball table and billiard room. It did not disappoint.

Pros: Lots of space for plenty of people. The beds we used were comfortable. Pool was clean.Kuerig.Cons. Everything was janky.Cockroach traps with a visible cockroach in one. Several maintenance issues in this home. Not the least of which is the bathroom off the bedroom nearest the dining room. The cracked grout and caulking, the rusty light fixture, the fan that is very dirty and clumped with lint, and the trim around the doorway which appears to have been repaired with wall plaster (?) also missing furniture handle, broken blind, and headboard not attached to bed. The wicker outdoor chairs have several bent and broken legs, which was a fall risk for my elderly dad.The code for the gate to the back alley to take out the garbage did not work so we couldn’t take out the garbage. We attempted to contact them several times and never heard back. Keep your expectations very low and it will be tolerable.

Very nice home a little dated but clean and lots of entertainment including swim pool, pool table ping pong…easy check in process. The home is a little out of the way if you don’t have a vehicle. Gary was great to communicate with. Was a little disappointed with having to put out the garbage, take linens out of bed thoroughly go through tidying the home as we had paid the cleaning fee at booking.

This home is well kept, clean and is close to shopping. Any issues are dealt with immediately The coffee pot died and they had one delivered later that day.

Great home and location , perfect for family with small children . The property was equipped with 2 pack and plays , high chair and several strollers. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals and the game room was a plus. Beach is about a 20 min drive , supermarket and restaurants in less than 5 min drive.Nice pool as well as fenced I. Play area for little ones.Communication with host was easy and quick You won’t be disappointed

We enjoyed this VRBO house. We swam and played with the game tables. We have no complaints. Plenty of beds and the rooms were nice.

This was a lovely property for our family of ten with four small children. Amenities were great and just as described. Children enjoyed the pool, games and entertainment systems. We had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Great place to stay when gathering with a family trip. Plenty of space to hang out and only 20 minutes from the beach. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Would definitely book this house again if we're in the area.

This property is very spacious, plenty of common areas for everyone to spread out & do their own things. Although the appearance is a little dated, everything was very clean & stocked with basic necessities. Walmart is literally around the corner, super convenient for grocery items & anything you may have forgotten. We really enjoyed lounging & having meals out on the back patio. The only drawback for us was that the kitchen counter space is limited, and the stove/oven is smaller than the norm, so making a Thanksgiving sized meal was difficult. Other than that, the home met all of our needs, we would stay here again.

The house is very nice. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The game room/theater was excellent. Plenty of towels for personal use and for pool which was great The outside play area was great to play with my grandsons. Only issue I had was the main shower didn't work as smoothly as I thought it would but fortunately there were 2 other showers to use so I was good. Overall, it's a great place to stay and I definitely return.

Great place for everyone to stay prior to our cruise in Port Miami. Had entertainment for everyone at different ages from 18-64 years old. Lots of space and activities. Recommend The Sub Center for a light bite to eat. We were able to check out Hollywood and South Beach. Recommend bringing own salt/pepper/creamer, etc.. Host had beach towels, toys, beach chairs and umbrella which was awesome! Definitely recommend!

We had the absolute BEST time at this property. My kids loves everything about it from the movie / pool table room, to the pool, game room and catching lizards! Incredible response time by the owner and help when there was an isse as well!! Highly recommend!!

Very roomy and stocked with everything needed! We had 10 people and plenty of room to spread out and chairs for everyone to sit. The outdoor area is amazing!
