Some interior door handles were loose one exterior door would not open easily. One tv did not work , freezer in kitchen was not cold enough to keep ice cream from melting.

Only down side was living room needs more couch space, fireplace shoot needs to be cleaned left the house smoky and only had hot water one day during our whole stay. On a positive note the management company was great came out every day to try and get up hot water; I felt so bad for them!

We often go to Idyllwild for a mountain get away. This property was perfect for a large gathering, it was well equipped with the exception of kitchen. Bring your own mixing bowls and specially kitchen items for cooking! Otherwise great property!!

This place was fantastic! It was very spacious & had everything we needed. It’s a short walk/drive to the main village, gas stations & markets! The jacuzzi was extra hot, the water was always warm, the heater kept the cabin nice & cozy. The lower level gets a little colder than the main house, so make sure to turn on the heaters as soon as you get there. We didn’t turn on the fireplace, but there was plenty of fire wood for both the fire pit & fireplace. The driveway can fit up to 5 cars. I suggest alternating showers so the water doesn’t get cold. Overall, my family & I were extremely satisfied! I highly recommend renting this cabin & spending time with family and friends.

There is so much space and the fenced in backyard is crucial for our group with two dogs and a toddler so they can all safely run around! I do hope they make some updates to the fence as it is aging, but overall, the house is perfect!! Excellent location and easy to walk or drive into town.

Gaby and Lydia were great to work with but not always easy to get a hold of. The size of the house was great given we had all of our kids and grandkids for an early Christmas gathering. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm. The floor plan allows for some privacy but there are SO MANY stairs. Very difficult at 69, 71 and two little ones under 2. This property needs some serious attention by the owners before I would ever recommend it to others. We experienced one thermostat the equivalent to the equator another thermostat that didn't work and the lower level that was heated only by a floor heater. We called Lydia and someone brought additional heat sources for us. The lower level had a ceiling leak from the upstairs kitchen sink. One of the refrigerators kept tripping the circuit. My oldest son took on the task of checking it and resetting it often. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses but that's it. I brought cookware, pots pans and everything else needed for 12 people for 3 full days. Had I not, we would have wasted a lot of food and spent a lot of money going out for every meal. I don't know how long this property has been available but it seriously needs attention. Not only do the basics need to be repaired but the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The floors and the carpet in the upstairs living area filthy. I know this from my two crawling babies that had very dirty hands and knees the whole time. Just disgusting!!!
